In every way, Tom was courteous, on time, professional and experienced. He fixed French doors that we had a problem with since they were installed! I would recommend him as well as hire him again.

We used Regiment Security to change the locks on five doors of a rental property we own in Rye Brook, NY. We have worked with several locksmiths over the years and found Regiment to be the most reasonably priced while also providing the best service (which is rare for any industry). Tom worked quickly and efficiently. He also put down a cloth to prevent any mess and wore covers on his shoes to keep the floor clean (for those reasons alone I would recommend them). We ended up calling them back later on to convert everything to smart locks and Tom took the time to explain the differences between the options so I could make a decision, then stuck with us to completion. Reasonable, Efficient, and Professional, Honestly, if I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Tom was very professional and rekeyed all the doors on my house for a good price. He arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time, easily switched out a doorknob to make it compatible with the rest of our locks, was courteous with booties inside the house, and even fixed part of part of the door frame that didn’t align perfectly.
