My experience with Regiment was fabulous, customer service the way it used to be when companies actually cared about their customers and wanted them to be happy. Tom was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy, all the things my previous locksmith was not. I found myself wishing he was a general contractor as well as a locksmith, so he could do everything else I needed done! I couldn't recommend him more.

After I requested an appointment, Tom called me back almost right away and was quick to ok a date and time that was convenient. He was very polite and I could tell, right from the get go, that this guy/ company was really concerned about good customer service, not just putting a lock in a door. He asked for me to send a couple photos of what was there, so he could give me a more accurate estimate. Upon arrival, he tarped the area and told me what he planned to do He was well versed in installing the smart lock I bought and helped with the programming. This is a company I would definately use again. A pleasure to work with. 5 star
