Tom knows what he is doing and is incredibly nice. He was punctual, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed our front door so that it stays closed and works perfectly. He insisted on cleaning up and also took care of a couple of other small things while he was here. Tom also cares deeply about his customers and offered us some helpful advice. I highly recommend him.
