I'm glad I found this company. They solved my problem in the time frame I needed and they did a wonderful job.

Tom arrived right on time and changed one lock and installed another on my front door. He worked neat, double checked his work and cleaned up after himself. His rates were reasonable and he was helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend him

Explained the issues very well and very attentive. Concerned about even smaller things, like whether the color of the knob he was installing would match the color of the deadbolt lock on the same door. The brass on the interior of the house was different than the exterior, due to weather exposure. The locksmith created a complete knob set from two sets, using 1 knob from the brass and 1 from the antique brass set. He didn’t charge us for the extra knob set. Will call him to fix knobs at another location

Tom is the most pleasant, reasonable, trustworthy, professional, prompt...........the list goes on and on............... Although other reviewers said it all.... my husband and I were so pleased with his work that we paid a little more than he charged,......this goes to show how he’s simply the best!

Tom was prompt in returning my call, gave me suggestions on the phone for fixing my lock problem in order to save me money & his trip- & when he came, was on time & knowledgeable about my problem & fixed it. No one could have done it better!

Overall 5 stars! I gave 4 stars for the rate mostly because I am unsure how much the cost should have been. I did not get multiple estimates and wanted the work done ASAP. He came over looked at the locks, gave advice, and changed all my locks same day. It took him a while and he even went to the store to find a chain for a key. Tom sought a cheaper solution for an issue that could have cost more. Nonetheless, I have nothing to compare the price to so I cannot say whether it was cheaper than most or more expensive.
