This was truly a pure HomeAdvisor contact. I did not know Regiment Security prior to yesterday. Tom Mullen is the kindest, most diligent service person I had the pleasure to hire. When other locksmiths advised to replace all my Medeco keylock hardware with budget conscious but still inferior quality brands Tom advised me to keep it. He polished it to new and re-installed it all in one day (which involved two trips from his office to my home). Tom charged me a very reasonable fee, the lowest of all the quotes I got from his competitors. He stood behind his work offering repeatedly to come back if for any reason I was not 100% satisfied and provided a year of warranty in case any issue after installation. I'm glad to have found that Tom provides his services in my area and I fully recommend him.

He was able to fix it immediately and offered to return whenever I wanted him to with the specific parts just ordered. Or I can wait for the next time it may need another tune-up.
