They came for an estimate. I didn't use them because they weren't able to customize the door that I wanted. They're still a good company to deal with. I just needed something special and they weren't able to do it. They were definitely professional. I know people that have used them before, that's why I used them. I give them a B overall because I didn't use them for the whole job. They weren't able to accommodate, I understand why, but they do windows and door. I liked their courtesy, their professionalism & they knew what they were talking about. Obviously, what I didn't like was that they weren't able to customize the door I picked out. They told me about that a week later. So, I didn't like that, but in this business I understand exactly what happened. It's more of a manufacturer thing. When you're dealing with people who are doing doors and windows, if they're doing 3rd party I understand they have to make a buck out of it, but I used another company. They were a little more expensive, but at least I knew they were the actual manufacturers of the door and they were actually doing everything from the ground up. I would say they gave me a higher quality door for a couple of dollars extra and in the process they have a better system. They called the same day, they kept the appointment and they followed up. They were on time and they didn't stay too long. In the future I would be more cautious about what I would use them for. Like if it's for windows and it's a manufacturer I've heard of and it's high quality, yes, but if it's a low quality window I might as well try to do it myself. Usually a brand door or window I would use the manufacturer, or if they're going to do it for more or less the same price and offer an extended warranty, they I'll use them.

Installers were fast but sloppy had to stay on top of them and they would not use installating foam around the windows Very disappointed you get what you pay for

Window King's salesman, Sam, was great, very detailed, and straight-forward (no BS). Before Sam came to our apartment, I had researched everything I could about environmentally-friendly windows. And Sam answered all of my questions. The two Window King installers, Edgar and Adalid, were on-time, professional, very hard-working, and cleaned up every speck of dust before they left. They expertly installed five windows in our apartment. I talked on the phone with the owner, Nick, and he was professional and courteous. There are five other apartments in our co-op building, and we're definitely going to tell our neighbors about our awesome new windows.

My experience with Window King was impressive. I would recommend them. The entire staff was professional and responsive to my needs. The installation was excellent and minimum damage to my existing wood frame and paint. Their attention to details was amazing. I thought I would have a problem because I didn't have a drill to remove a couple of the brackets for my blinds but the technician told me not to worry and they remove the windows with the brackets still in tact. I was very hesitate to hire a contractor for this project because the windows was originally installed poorly and I had a lot of drafts in my den. Since the installation from Window King the windows I selected are perfect. Also, I did have a bit of a snag with (2) screens got puncture and I called then that evening and left a message and I was contacted promptly the next day was told that a replacement order had been placed. Again, I'm would recommend good price, quality windows, great customer service.

From our first interaction with the company they were professional, clear, honest and informative. The work was done quickly and they left my apartment as clean as it was when they first came. We immediately felt the difference in both sound and reduction in draft.

I left a glowing review 2 years ago. Now, after two years of installing 20+ windows to my home , almost $13,000! the caps of the windows are opening at the top , allowing rain to come inside my house. My belief is old aluminum windows had better fit to their frames and these vinly windows must be smaller to make an easy fit so now frames are left with gaps , caps they put not covering top of the window , allowing water come in, allowing wood to rot and more problems.. Not happy to have leaky windows!!

The Quality of the Windows are great. The total experience went well. The timing of it all slightly delayed - about weeks from quote.. I would definitely hire Window King again. Good quality for the money!!! thanks!!

You had installed casement windows on my porch a few years back and some of the windows do not close properly. I had you come over twice to fix two of the windows and every year the same problem exists. I called for a third year and your staff refuses to come out and fix it unless I am charged. She said the windows are the manufacturers fault and has nothing to do with how they were installed. How does she know. she said that she would send a message to the manufacturer but I never heard back and she said I probably won't hear from them. Bad treatment from you guys. I had an engineer look at the windows and he said the windows were not plumbed correctly. One window I cannot close at all and the other window is very difficult. This is bad customer service. I need someone to correct this so that two windows will close without a problem. The porch is freezing in winter due to not being able to close one of them. If it is an issue with the way that it was installed and not plumbed correctly then you need to take ownership and not blame the window manufacturer. I'd like to have them fix this.

Quality material, clean and courteous installers. Worked around my Holiday schedule.

Overall it went well and I am happy with the windows. Ron was great to review the window options and get the contracts signed. The windows did come in earlier than expected and the company was flexible when we had to reschedule the install date by a week My only issue is the installers did not clean up outside of the home and left small wood splinters, small blocks of wood, small screws and metal shavings from the materiel they used to install the windows. I have dogs and this is dangerous for them. They did clean up inside the home so I had assumed they did the outside. I did call to complain when I discovered this and they did send the installer back to pickup the mess. I feel this should never have occurred, especially when i was told they clean up as part of the sale pitch. The other thing which i was surprised at was they do not clean the windows as part of the install. They indicate because it takes 24 hours for the caulking to dry but I feel you can clean window without getting the caulking wet. I have had windows installed in other homes I have owned (another area of the country) and those companies cleaned the window as part of install so i was expecting this. I was told they do not normally do this and they rarely get a complaint but after installing 23 windows and spending good money, it is like a new car, you want it to be spotless and clean after the purchase.

The price was great, service was excellent, they were punctual, cleaned up everything, and I would recommend.

The salesman Ron from Window King came to our house on Aug 4th, 2016 for an estimate and measurements. He was very punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about different types of Bay windows. He was very patient to listen to us and provided some best options to meet our needs. At the end he quote us a price which we thought was fair. He offered us 10% discount for being an Angie's list member!!! He was not a pushy sales person and left the price quote for us to make a decision. Overall, it was a very positive experience and looking forward to contact Ron soon to sign-up the contract. Thank you Window King!!!

This year we replaced nearly all the windows in our home. Everything went great from initial consult to installation. We couldn't be more pleased with the attention to detail in installation, quality of windows, crew that installed, and the whole process really. The windows are excellent and we can already sense the impact with keeping the house warm in the cool weather and cool in the hot weather - as well as keeping outdoor noise out. And they look beautiful from both inside and out!

I have nothing but a positive review. The salesman Chris Hart from Window King in Farmingdale, NY came to my house for an estimate and measurements. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable and above all NOT A PUSHY SALESMAN TYPE!!!! I purchased the Okna Insulted Deluxe (500) windows and they are amazing. I had them installed in June and my house has never been cooler. The windows are cool to the touch inside on a 90 degree day. Installation was a breeze it was done without any problems or concerns. My sister will be using Window for her windows also.

Everything went extremely well. Windows were installed when they were promised without any issues.

Window King replaced a small back door, and prioritized manufacturing and installing our door quickly. The new door is insulated and performs beautifully, and even the old storm door now hangs correctly. Ramsey and his team were fast and thorough, and the Window King team did an excellent job. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new door.

I received 5 quotes before deciding on Window King. I went with Window King because the salesman was attentive while being low pressure, the Okna windows had good reviews, and they gave us the best price and good financing, with what seems to be a good warranty. Everything about the sales process was easy and pleasant. I generally don't like to go with the lowest quote from a contractor but the salesperson, a neighbor's recommendation, and excellent reviews on Angie's list for the company convinced me to go with Window King. I wasn't disappointed. The windows are brand new and time will tell if they hold up, but I couldn't be happier with the company's product or their professionalism. My old windows were ancient and covered in lead paint. We replaced them all shortly after moving into our home because we were concerned about lead paint exposure for our kids and energy loss. Thanks to the 0% financing for 18 months, we replaced all at once instead of in stages, as originally planned. I'm so glad we did since the windows look really fantastic and have dramatically improved the appearance of the house, inside and out. I at first regretted that we couldn't afford to replace with wood windows with grids similar to the 1914 windows that were original to the house, but now that the Okna windows are in, I think they look great. The crew of installers was courteous and very hard working. They took the extra effort to remove the windows from outside the house as feasible in order to minimize lead paint exposure inside the house. They went the extra mile and even fixed a broken gutter for me at no extra charge while they were up on their ladders. Thank you for the great service!

I got three estimates from Angie's List, and Window King was by far the most reasonable. They worked with me and knew that we didn't need the most superior quality (three season room so efficiency wasn't the highest priority). Every touch with them was professional and punctual. The only snafu was that there was an issue with our order (we wanted brown on one side and white on the other). The supplier ended up not being able to provide them this way and they came white on both sides. Not my first choice, but they ended up looking very nice. Installation was done in one day and they have served us very well. We are about to use WK again for a new door.

The entire process with Window King was terrific. We had 12 windows in our home we wanted replaced, these were old original to home windows and were not in good shape. We had about 3 companies come in to give us quotes. The Window King salesman was very nice and gave us an in home product demonstration and a great quote for the windows they use (which after research I found to be the best out of their competitors). We didn't purchase right away because we had some other home projects to do first but they never pressured us or used any type of buy now techniques. Months later they followed up and because of their great price and timing we decided to move forward. From that point it was approximately 3-4 weeks to the installation day. On the installation day there was a problem and the installers truck broke down and they weren't able to come. Lisa who works at Window King, and was my point of contact throughout the process, couldn't have been better to deal with. She felt bad and got separate people to come install the windows that Sunday and was staying in contact with me the whole day to make sure everything went smoothly. After the installation the windows look great and the quality is great on them as well. I normally don't write reviews but my wife and I were extremely impressed with this company from price through execution. We would definitely use them again for any other window projects we do in our house.

Everything went smooth. From sales to installation all professional. worked completion took two days. First time I am writing a positive review on the day job completed so that is really positive :) Workers were great while working in my home, kept things clean. Time will test the actual windows themselves, will update the review if necessary..

installed 8 foot bay window, installation went fast ( with was a cold day). Workers were professional, clean, and well prepared. Myself and my friend who is a contractor were there and impressed. The owner came out about an hour prior to work being complete apologized for taking so long to get install (schedule conflict between, myself and company) . I would use again

This was the second time we have used Window King, they have replaced 11 windows in our home. They are courteous, professional and punctual. The windows were installed perfectly and they cleaned up all of the debris. They beat all estimates and do a great job.

After purchasing the windows on Angies List for $1,999.00, salesman came to my home and offered the OKNA 500 foam filled deluxe which was not the offer and would cost me an additional $576.00.

Very prompt responses punctuality from the salesman, office manager, and installers. Installers were efficient with their time and consistently cleaned up during the install. The new windows are great! Real test was a blizzard a few days after the install, and it was nice & toasty in my home. Definitely recommend!
