Description of Work: Manufactured and installed 5 casement window of various sizes. Job done on time and spot on with price as quoted. Clean up was excellent and workers were professional and a pleasure to work with! Windows are perfect and look great.

Description of Work: They got a big break in that 4 out of the 5 windows did NOT need aluminum capping. The one window that they did cap was done sloppily. I believe the actual work may have been done by a subcontractor. I would probably assess the competition before hiring them again.

Description of Work: Ordered and purchased window for kitchen. Very well made, to date no problems with it. Representative very pleasant and helpful in determining window style. Used coupon provided by Angie's List. Will definitely use in the future.

Description of Work: They installed 3 reg.(up/down) windows and 1 large (sider) over the sink window for the kitchen. The installer did a great job and they look wonderful. When more $$$ is saved I will have more windows done until all are done. This is a better way -than paying over $40,000 as another window company quoted me.

Description of Work: Contacted them via website and was called back the same day to schedule an estimate. On time and was shown why their windows were best. Very informative. No pushy sales gimmicks, straight up honesty. Placed my order that day and 4 weeks later after my custom windows were made a very profession crew from Window King (not outsourced) very carefully instaledl the windows and left the house clean and it was like they were never there. A+ in my book. My next windows will be done by Window King.

Description of Work: This was a follow up service call; WKing had installed new windows & sliding glass doors for us within the last 6 years. Our siding was being repaired & painted & during the process old siding around the windows was removed & it was seen that there were leaks at the corners of 2 windows. We called them & asked them to come & inspect the windows to see why they had been leaking. They came, inspected, & set up a date to come back & recaulk all the windows, both inside & out. They came when promised, re-caulked everything & were extremely professional & polite.

Description of Work: Window King is a reliable, professional and courteous company. From the very first visit I was very impressed. We met and signed the contract and Joe explained the type of windows we would be getting and actually had a sample in his car. He explained how they opened to be cleaned, the energy efficient aspects and answered any questions we had. In two weeks the man came to measure the windows and that only took about 15 minutes. Finally our windows were going to he installed. Two men came and they worked non stop through the job. We asked if we could give them anything to drink or eat and they said just water. They thoroughly knew the job and came prepared to even reframe a window that had rotted wood when the old windows were removed. They did everything in a neat and orderly manner and were wonderful to clean up and install new beautiful windows for us. I would post a picture but we are doing the downstairs apartment over and it would not do the windows justice because the walls are not done. I love our new windows and a friend of mine needed windows and I referred her to Window King and she got hers before me and was thoroughly happy with her windows and the installation. I rent my house so I had to find flexibility in my schedule to be there for them to do the work and they were totally patient with me. I would recommend Window King to anyone who wants quality windows and a professional installation job well done from start to finish.

Description of Work: Two installers arrived with windows and removed the old windows. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after each installation. Very professional and you could see that they have done this type of work many times before. I am delighted with my new windows. Excellent!

Description of Work: They installed a window & a door. The experience turned out very well overall.

Description of Work: The only time they showed up when they promised was when they came to give us the price estimate. They then installed the storm door improperly, so that it blew off its hinges within a day. They returned twice, never on time, to attempt to fix the door. It remains broken, and they have failed to follow up telephone messages we have left. When I reached someone today, the best I could get from him was that someone "would call me tomorrow to set up a time."

Description of Work: I wanted to replace an extremely drafty, cold conducting, aluminum window that looked like a bay window but was actually 3 windows fitted together to look like a one piece bay. Other window companies that I had called for an estimate were not sure what they were dealing with or how to fix the problem. Thus, I was a little apprehensive when Ron came to give me an estimate. However, I was immediately impressed by his thorough and extensive knowledge about windows, and window solutions. He knew immediately that it was a 3 piece window and was able to give me several replacement options, including in depth info about each of them. Ron answered my list of questions before I even asked them. Not only does he know his product, he was willing to explain the fine details. A foreman came to measure the windows when he said he would, and the windows were installed when he said they would be. The whole process was smooth, efficient, punctual and professional. And the windows look great. I wish he could train other home improvement companies.
