Description of Work: I purchased 14 Okna brand vinyl replacement windows. They are really nice and I'm very happy with them. Priced about $3k lower than Home Depot. They are very professional and courteous. I really enjoyed working with them. Would do business with them again.

Description of Work: The entire experience was professional and pleasant. A salesman came to the house to show me the windows and give me all the details. A worker came to measure on another day, punctual and quick and finally a two man crew came to install the 10 new windows. They were on time, did a great job, cleaned up nicely and were professional. I will use Window King again whenI am ready to replace my 3rd floor windows.

Description of Work: They replaced 21 new window in a weekend. They came on time, clean up and,so far no issues with the window.. I plan to use them,on a new door very soon.

Description of Work: I had hired them for the 5 window special (actually did 6)in 2013, and Louis and his crew did a fabulous A++ job. I used them again in 2014 for a special 3 kitchen picture-window job that also required some creative thinking and woodworking experience. They did an excellent job overall given the difficulties they had to deal with, and they did their best to understand my requirements and insure that I was happy. Having said that, if you hire anybody, no matter how good they are, you need to still be the general contractor and insure they clearly understand all the details of what you want and think, and be ready w/ answers for every unforeseen change that may need to happen during the job, especially special ones like my second job, immediately insure that you make it 100% clear when you are not happy w/ a decision, recommendation or solution, and reject them if you feel they are wrong (all within the price and scope of work, etc., of course). I did this and we were all happy. I will of course hire Window King again.

Description of Work: Replaced two casement windows with double hung windows. The representative they sent was so considerate of the aesthetics of the job (matching the frame of the large, adjacent picture window) and it looks great!

Description of Work: The crew arrived as scheduled. The employee who did the window measurement also was in charges of the installation (Raphael). I liked that since it provides continuity and he knows the house. Raphael is very good at his job and supervises his crew to do things his way. The crew placed paper on the wood floors to protect them and cleaned up the mess that comes with installing new windows. They answered my questions and are trained by Window King in providing excellent customer service. One remarked that my home was their home for the duration of the window installation. The crew also took pride in their work which I also liked. They installed 19 windows and took one and one half days. I selected the Okna 4 which gets good product reviews on the Internet - good value for the price. Keep in mind that a low price does not mean good quality or an acceptable installation that will not leak. If you don't want to spend the money on Anderson, then these windows are a good option for quality at a good price. Window King did a good job, they responded to my inquiries about an installation date and even accepted my revisions to their standard contract. All told, it was a good experience and I recommend them. Ask for Raphael as your installation supervisor. He will do a great job for you.

Description of Work: Replaced 25 double hung windows In a 100 yr old home. Two guys took 2 days to do the job. Clean, neat and quiet. Removed all old windows and debris.

Description of Work: Five new windows installed. This is an excellent company. From the very first meeting in which all my options were clearly explained to me and all questions answered to the installation, everyone was professional and provided excellent service.

Description of Work: The salesman was right on time I had ordered 10 windows 6 sliders 2 double hung 2 basement windows he explained the process to me he didn't try to sell me anything. I got the big deal price the only extra was $50.00 was frosted glass for the bathroom. The men came on Sunday morning right on time did a great job removed all the old windows and cleaned up. I will use the again when I change my bow window.

Description of Work: I had all the windows metal framed, single pane windows replaced on my house. Window Kings replaced them with double pane, argon air filled sealed windows. They keep my house very warm and looking up to date. Window Kings were very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They even worked with me when I had to push back the installation date by two weeks. Definitely an A++ company.
