So far everything has been fine. The windows open and close easily. The sliding doors look beautiful and open and close smoothly with little effort. I would recommend them to anyone that wants good service. I will use them again for my entry door.

Not well. Provider wanted me to sign a full force contract that would come into effect within three days without any promise as to when the service would be started or completed.

I purchased the 5 windows for $2000 deal through Angie's List. The vendor contacted me very promptly thereafter to schedule a demonstration of the product and subsequently measurement of the existing window openings. The product was custom-made and the installer came approximately 4-5 weeks later. Removal of the existing windows and installation of the new ones, including external caps was remarkably efficient and well done. I was so impressed that I've gone ahead and contracted Window King to replace the rest of the windows (10+) in my house.

All the work was performed professionally from demo/removal, preparation, insulation to a clean install. Very courteous installers as well as friendly, professional salesman Mike and office rep. Lisa. We happily & highly recommend the company!!

It went very well. They came, followed the scheduled, installed the windows and did a very good job. First of all they came out and measured them. They called me, we fixed the date, they came on the date and there was no hitch. I purchased an additional window and storm door from them. I comparison shopped and they had the better price. They are very professional. Quality work and I highly recommend them. The workers were very professional, showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. They cleaned up them. Explained what they were doing, gave different options, and overall I think they're highly efficient and professional.

They came as soon as the windows (which are custom made for each window opening) were delivered to them. Working room by room, our old windows were removed and the replacements installed. They cleaned up any mess and cleaned each window inside and out. They also laid down paper to cover our wood floors so they wouldn't be damaged. I'm not upset with them because stuff happens, but some paint on the sills of a few of our windows was chipped off and we had to re-paint. Unfortunately, they taped the floor paper to our wood floors and in a few places, both the polyurethane and stain was removed. Window King has offered to hire a floor professional if we are unable to fix this ourselves.
