All workers came to the house on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. The window installer performed the job by himself and was very courteous and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company. We were very happy with their service from start to finish.

I hired Window King to install 16 replacement windows. I met with 3 other window contractors, including the "Big Orange Box Store" before choosing Window King. The Box store was 30% overpriced. I chose Window King because the "Okna Insul-Tec Deluxe 500" window that they offered me was just as good as the best window that I was shown by another company and Window King had a slightly better price and was able to set up an earlier delivery date for me. The crew of three was very nice, polite, and professional, but they did show up about one hour late. This wasn't a real big deal except that I had 16 windows scheduled for replacement and daylight ran out on them during the install (shorter days in December). My recommendation would be to schedule no more than 10 windows in a day, unless a larger crew is discussed and agreed to be sent. The first 9 windows went in without rushing; I was present during the installation and it was excellent and exactly as I asked for and expected. They took care to cover up any furniture close to the windows, cleaned up pretty good and took all trash with them. The final 7 windows was a little rushed because as I mentioned the crew of three ran out of daylight after the first 10 windows. In giving an honest review, I have to mention the entire experience. Overall it was a good experience working with Window King and their installers and yes, I would use them again.

They were very good and efficient. He let me know that he will still honor the price I paid when I am ready to do the rest of my windows. They cleaned up well after themselves.

I paid for my mother's house windows to be replaced. There were 5 and they did the work in 1 day. They did have to order the windows for her. I did get also a discount for being an Angie's List member. I communicated with this company and handled that business side. This company was very professional and explained how the windows worked. My mother, is in awe of the windows and commented on how beautiful the windows are. They cleaned everything up and they were very clean. I also had to trust their recommendations for the windows quality. My mother is very pleased. I will be using them again.

We had window king replace 7 windows and two patio door. Although they showed up a little later than expected, they finished the job in the two days their salesman indicated. The job was well done, the installers were friendly and professional, and the job was of high quality. We are very pleased with the outcome.

They came out to measure my windows and they came back a couple of weeks with the new windows. They cleaned up and installed my new windows and remove the old ones. They did it in one day so it was a very good experience. I will absolutely would use them again and I have recommended them also.

Quality of windows seems good. Customer service not great - from consistently rude telephone receptionist, to workers showing up late for appointments. Installation went fine, but very little clean-up done afterwards. I walked around the edge of the house and picked up a lot of debris, nails. Just OK.

They said it would be about 4 to 7 weeks until they could do the job. It's been eight weeks since I purchased the deal. They keep giving me one excuse after the other. The man who came for the measurements never gave the information to the company. Later they told me the window didn't come in and that traffic is bad and that they are short on staff because people are injured. I said I wanted a refund. They said they'd come today and they aren't here. They've called twice saying that they are postponed.

I got two other estimates from two other companies and it seemed like they were putting on a magic show by shining lighst and heating windows rather than explaining why their product was actually good. Window King's presentation of their windows was more realistic and straight forward. The reviews on their replacement window line, Okna were good. I decided to go with them. They gave an installation date that was two weeks after my wife's due date. I asked if it was possible if they could move it up so they weren't installing a window after our baby was born. He said they would see what they could do. Thankfully, I got a call about a week before the baby was born saying they had an opening which worked out perfectly. They came on time and I was impressed by how quickly the top floor installations were made. They were sure that all of the dust and dirt was completely vacuumed and cleaned and took extra care in the baby’s room. When they got to the basement they had to deal with an unexpected delay. One of the original basement window frames had been set in concrete. No one would have been able to know that without removing the window. It made the work much, much harder because now they had to break up the concrete. They didn’t complain they just went right to work breaking it up. Everything came out great. My only complaint was that the caulking that they used to seal the gaps around the window frame took a couple of days to harden. Outside of that I had no issues with them. This winter will be the real test but from everything else I experienced with them I would definitely recommend them.

Nick was very professional. He spoke about the company and the windows they offered. He showed us a sample of the window and we were very satisfied with the quality of the product. In the end we chose Window King because their estimate was not the highest or the lowest but right in the middle. We are looking forward to the installation in a few weeks.

Excellent. Two installers arrived around 9:00am and had completed the installation by 1:00pm. They were very courteous. Worked quickly and cleanly, answered any questions I had.

Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled. Unloaded tools and took care in moving furniture, covering carpeting with paper, rolling up rugs. Got to work quickly and worked straight through for approx.. 4 hours. Cleaned up completely after themselves. Windows look great, very satisfied with service.

Window King is absolutely terrific. Their installers were clean, cooperative, and professionals. The only thing is that I confirmed twice that they were coming on the date scheduled. It was confirmed. Then I got a call saying they couldn't come. I complained because my husband took off from work, and we were scheduled for plans that were conditional upon leaving the house the following day. Window King cooperated and sent us a great crew. I can't say enough about the company, the quality of windows and how satisfied we are with them. Definitely would recommend them. I would rate them at A+++++.

I have two mixed experience with them. One experience was I called them out to have an estimate at my home and the gentleman came and he was nice enough and gave me an estimate. However, on the paper, he wrote the wrong price. Therefore, when I went into the store to make a deposit, it was a different price. That was a little bothersome. However, I went ahead anyway and ordered the doors and the guy that installed them and his assistant did a really good job and installation was great, but they dropped the old store on my brand new wood floor and left a large scratch on my floor. I also made an appointment with them to go look at another property we have. We waited there and the guy claimed he came, but he never really came and then he spoke really nasty to my husband.

I would highly recommend. The Sales representative was very personable and knowledgable. The installation crew was very efficient and clean.

Window King is one of the top rated window contractors in my area, so I scheduled an appointment with them, as well as with the other two top rated companies. I met with Window King first, and immediately liked their punctuality and professionalism. Nick, the owner, is very personable. Anyone would appreciate his no pressure sales approach. I know I did. Even after being in the business for so many years, he understands that most of us know nothing about windows and so he takes his time discussing our wants and needs, his products, and by the end of the appointment he provides a thoughtful recommendation and quote. Note, all this is done without overwhelming us with too many facts and numbers. Yes, he mentioned the values and stood behind the quality of his products when compared to the BIG NAME BRAND windows, but he preferred we take the fact sheets provided and do our own comparisons (which I was going to do anyway). I'm a skeptic so I was going to do my own comparisons. After meeting with the other top rated contractors, I decided to go with Window King for the following reasons: 1) OKNA 500 series window's ratings are equal to or better than almost any replacement double hung window out there. 2) Window King's quote was cheaper and included more work than his competition, even when comparing the exact window. 3) OKNA manufacturer Lifetime Warranty. 4) Years in business. 5) Work isn't subcontracted. I was not disappointed with the installation. In fact, I was very happy. The crew was punctual, professional, courteous, and they finished in 2 days which was amazing considering the scope of the project. Their attention to detail was second to none. The windows were installed properly, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we understood how to operate the windows before leaving. During the install, Nick even stopped in to make sure we were satisfied. I'm planning on installing a bow window in my den by next year, so I'll be using them again without a doubt. I will not hesitate recommending them to friends and family.
