The whole job was done within one day without issue. They cleaned up after and did an outstanding job.

Initial visit went well. It was suggested that I buy an updated version of the windows advertised as they what is advertised is not as energy efficient. I elected to pay an additional $400 for the upgrade. Hopefully that is what was actually installed. Day of installation went fine. At the time other work was being done on the house in particular the inside area around the windows that were being replace which meant that windows had to be placed to line up with the sill that was going to be placed by my contractor. I neglected to ask installer to do the alignment as my contractor had asked. My contractor looked at the overall installation and showed me where water could come as there was no capping and sealant around Windows was not sufficient. So I called Window King to ask if they could fix alignment and caulking and was told a flat no. Needless to say my contractor did the additional work (additional money). I have additional windows to be bought and installed ,Window King will not get the business. They failed in the end to satisfy the customer,but hey they got the money there was no incentive to do otherwise.

Great experience with Window King- Nick gave us a straight forward estimate without all the game playing. Within a couple of days the custom measurements were taken and a month later the windows were being installed by 2 experienced guys who knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up when they were finished and less than 4 hours later the job was done.

Window King is the real deal. They are on time, priced right, and easy with which to work. I live in a co-op where there is another recommended window vendor whose prices were over 1/3rd HIGHER than the price charged by Window King for the exact same window. Window King was very flexible in working with me to resolve the issues of working with a co-op. Once we got passed the co-op issues, everything went as smoothly as possible. The installers were actually early. They were also very professional, completed their work in a timely fashion and completely cleaned-up everything before they left the apartment. The windows look great, they reduce outside noise, and work perfection. For the first time since I purchased this apartment, I can clearly see the New York City skyline that is a nice feature of my space. I highly recommend Window King to anyone who needed window replacement.

The whole experience was initially very professional all the way. We have double hung and my daughter has a bay with the rest of her house casements. The okna windows are very good and perform as well as promised and meet the high reviews I had read about. Just recently I called and wanted to order another 10 windows at the $1999 per five and use the Angie's List coupon for $25 off each window. I spoke with my original sales man and he told me that the discount cannot be used because it is another offer. He told me to go elsewhere and said I had a day to make up my mind because he was going to Florida. The company called me the next day to make sure that I knew I couldn't use the coupon. I thought they were calling to apologize and give me the discount advertised on this website. I am very disappointed because my family spent about $15000 and they went out of their way not to give me a $25 discount, unbelievable, I'll go somewhere else and spend more money if I have to. These guys are really rude and unprofessional.

Overall very good experience with Window King. I purchased a "Big Deal" of five replacement windows for $2000, plus bought three additional for a total of 8 new windows. The two guys who installed the windows worked quickly and efficiently, were friendly, and didn't object when I watched them work every now and then (being a first-time homeowner I was curious). They pretty much had everything done in a little over half a day. Before they left they showed me their work, and when I asked them to caulk all the way around every window, they did so quickly and without any "grumbling". They cleaned up all debris (with the exception of a few screws/nails, but I didn't even find those myself until weeks later on the ground outside.) The only reason for the "B" grade for professionalism was because the salesman who first visited the house almost immediately tried to "upsell" me to a more expensive window than what the Big Deal covered. I eventually went with one model higher, and at least he agreed to honor the per-window sale price for the three additional windows I ordered. He was somewhat the stereotypical salesman, who I usually hope to avoid having to deal with by using Angie's list to locate contractors.

Disappointed that I made and confirmed the appt. yet no show. Apparently the man who confirmed the appt. last night doesn't remember. Not good.

Amazing deal, and a job well done. From the salesman and office to the installers everyone was a pleasure. We will definitely be doing future business with Window King!

The sales rep who came to my place was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He even showed up on time. I was fully confident in going with this company but ended up hiring another solely because of price differential.

My Husband and I could not have asked for a more or been more pleased with the process. Upon my initial call, I was treated with more than courtesy. There was a unique friendliness about their presentation to the client. I set up an at home sales call. The gentleman who arrived was prompt, friendly and not pushy (which is a plus in my book). We talked about what our expectations were, he did a measurement of the 9 windows and one sliding glass door. We then sat down and talked about the types of windows we were looking for and he gave us numerous options to think about. Window King has all types of window, in varies forms from Vinyl to wood, color options, etc. We opted for the Okna, which were reasonably priced and overall a fantastic window for the money. A few days later the girls at the office phoned to set up an additional measurement by the worker who would be installing the windows. As I am in Staten Island, sometimes traffic to get to us is very heavy, the worker called to let me know he was going to be late because of said traffic. When he arrived, he was on the ball, measuring and explaining the installation process. It took approximately 2 weeks for the windows to be ordered. I was called by the girls at the office who I was now on a first basis with. They set up the installation and I could not be more pleased. Let me say that again, I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED with the quality of the work, the work ethic,the friendliness, how quick and efficient they were in removing all 9 windows, sliding glass door and replacing them with our New Fantastic looking windows. They finished up by corking and cleaning up after themselves all in 8 Hours. That was a big Job! Window king is a great company to work with. From the sales person Frank to the actually installer Joe, Will and their kids. Everyone is fantastic. They've done an excellent job on our windows. We definitely will recommend them to our friends.

It went beautifully. They came when they were suppose too and cleaned up after themselves hauling the old windows away.

It ended up going well; there was a scheduling mix up. But once they came they cleaned up, they were professional and everything went well.

Absolutely one of the best experiences that I have ever encountered since dealing with different companies and contractors for renovations. I met with the owner Nick and I appreciated his straight forward no pressure approach. Nick took his time and explained the several options that were available to me and didn't bring the whole salesman spiel that so many companies bring. I decided to do business with Window King and I'm glad I did. Everyone that I talked to from the beginning to end made me feel like family. The installers are very efficient and do not rush the job. They left my home just like they found it. I would recommend giving them a call. It's hard to find honest and fair people that are courteous and appreciate your business. I went with Window King because they offered me a great price right off the bat as opposed to other vendors that quoted me high and then attempted to haggle their way down. I don't like to got back and forth with pricing between vendors and appreciate a company that gives me a fair price from the beginning. The Okna windows are nicely built and beautiful w/ the full grids. The installer measured a few days after signing the contract and around 3 weeks later came and installed on 2 days because it was a large job. There was a small oversight on something left out of the contract (my fault for not having checked when I signed), but they took care of me and made sure I was happy with the installation. The installers were very nice and did a good job, and Darleen from the office was very accomodating and helpful as well. I am happy with the services provided by the Window King

A crew of 3 men came and took out the broken window and replaced with new windows. They'd cleaned up afterwards and I was very pleased with their professionalism.

From my time of the purchase to installation, it was professionally handled and performed. I was immediately contacted from Window King to set up the appointment for measurements. The gentleman arrived at my house (After the 100th snowstorm in our area) and went over the window that was purchased and contract details. This was a smooth transaction and the gentleman was not pushy, in a hurry but just the opposite. He was polite and answered all our questions. A second apt was made to re-measure the window, this time by the gentleman who was going to actually install the window. It was quick he got everything he needed an left. After my windows arrived, we made an appointment for the actual installation. The guys installing the windows arrived on time and were detailed, skilled, knowledgeable and as stated before, professional. Everything went smooth. Jose, his son and willie were detailed, organized and fast. They cleaned up after themselves and left the inside and outside of my house clean...maybe cleaner than they arrived. My wife and I are so estactic with these new windows and the service that we will order more later this year. If there was a higher rating system on Angies list, I would give Window Kings AAA+++++. Ron Muzzillo from window king came today to give an estimate to replace 4 casement windows and 3 sliding glass doors. All was fine until he started showing me pictures of the casement windows, and said the locks are very low. And I told him I had a small son and that I couldn't have locks he could reach, he scoffed at me, said "Well then I can't help you" and packed up his stuff and walked out. The thing is, he never told me if the locks were child proof, or that there were other alternatives, he just got up and walked out. I live in a condo community with over 100 units. Had we used window king, they would have gotten so much other work, but we never got the chance because this unprofessional salesman walked out. I am absolutely dumb founded. I do not recommend this company. Ron even said that Angies list has brought them so much business. I guess they have so much business they don't care to have decent customer service or any professionalism. All he needed to do was explain to me that as my son got a bit older he would not be able to unlock the windows and fall out. Thats all.

The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic .Window King is a first class company with dedicated employees. the salesman frank was informative and easy to deal with, he put extra effort answering all our questions until we were satisfied. The work crew they sent to the house were top notch. They installed all the windows without a flaw. They were fast , clean and very polite. I actually had a good time watching the process. . The Okna windows are they best you can buy and they carry the whole line. This company is straight forward they don't add to the contract prices when they do the job unlike some other contractors. I would definitely use this company again and i highly recommend them to anyone who wants great windows good ON TIME service. The windows greatly improved the appearance of my house as well as stopping the draft from the old aluminium windows.

A 3 man team from Window King came out on a Saturday around 8am and got right down to business. The crew was friendly, courteous, professional and quick.They ripped out the old windows and replaced them with energy efficient Okna Windows. They also replaced rotted sills where needed with nice clean fresh sills. Those boys were not playing. Everything was perfectly done and cleaned up finished by 2-2:30. I love my new windows and I loved my installation team. Thank you Window King for sending me Tommy, James, and Yader. Thanks for a great job!

The service turned out pretty well. They came on time and did a good job. I did have a problem with a couple of things. I have stayed in contact with them about getting the problems resolved.And they have cooperated.

Job was done expertly, carefully and clean. The guys really worked with my tenants to work around their space and left the workspace cleaner than they found it. I would definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to my friends and family.

All workers came to the house on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. The window installer performed the job by himself and was very courteous and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company. We were very happy with their service from start to finish.
