Delivery of household goods was flawless with excellent service on both the load and unload ends.

They had two guys plus the driver, and they were late arriving. One of them could speak English and the other one couldn’t. However, I didn’t care if they could speak English or not as long as they understood me. I couldn’t communicate with the driver because he had to stay with the truck. They did the packing for us. They provided the packing material but they didn’t provide everything that I had wanted. I had a bunch of stuff that I had saved and they basically used my stuff, but I am not actually sure if they charged me for that. There was a point where they ran out of the better kinds of packing material - they just didn’t have it - and they didn’t supply it when they were supposed to have supplied it. I was disappointed with that. The guys that I had were great, and I really loved the driver. Nothing broke during the move. Ultimately, I was so happy with him that I wanted him back for any future moving. I was disappointed with the agent. I had a big fight with her. They didn’t send enough people, and so they were slow loading the van. By the time we got here to get into this unit it was past the point when we were supposed to be moving in. I had told her that from the beginning, and one of the reasons I went with them was because they had guaranteed that they could do it in this time window, and they didn’t do it. When the driver came in initially and looked at the boxes and everything that had to get into his truck, he said that I was supposed to have another guy. He was upset that the timing wasn’t going to work out. I called their office and told them that I was supposed to get 3 guys and they told me that that included the driver. They kind of misled me on that. It would be great to confirm with the provider that when they say 3 guys, if that included the driver as well. I have a piano, and the price of $4000 that I paid them included moving the piano too. They were great moving the stuff in and it ended up being okay. The driver was really good but dealing with the company and the salesperson was a problem. The problem with big moving companies is that you deal with one person and they are not the person who ultimately gets the job done. I might use them in the future.
