VERY GOOD

United Sewer & Water LLC are very professional and prompt. I found them on Angy's list when I had an issue with the cleanout valve and sewer back up. They responded to my request immediately (got a call right away) and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They called the next day to confirm I still needed service and told me the exact time the technician would arrive at my house and he was right on the dot. He was friendly and very professional. He first asked me about details what issues I had with my clean out valve and under what circumstances they happen then he diagnosed pipes and based on the circumstances that I live in the swampy area and I have running ground water under my house at all time he came to conclusion that it's trapped air issue which just needed slight adjustment in cleanout valve system. He sealed it completely with a led cap bottom opening and gave a little room for air flow in the top one which should help with trapped air. It was a quick fix but something I would have never thought of. I thought I had a major clog and needed a new cap (which I bought and tried out like 8 of them before I called United Sewer). The technician didn't want to charge me for this small fix and said it should fix it but if it comes back I'll call them back. So far no issue. Very happy with service, they are professional, transparent and honest, NOT money grabbers. I would highly recommend it.

Tony of United Sewer and Water, worked really hard and long to clear my sewer line drain. He put a lot of effort into clearing the drain of roots and all. He has a wonderful personality and said he works hard to want his customers to be pleased. Everything was explained along the way, and I would recommend this company to others. Tony did a great job. Tony was great, Had a backed up sewer line and was here within 10 minutes of the call. Did the job quickly and was very efficient. The price was reasonable. He took the time to anwer all my questions and gave me a quick lesson on maintanence. They are now on my cell and my go to the next time I have plumbing issues.

The company was very knowledgeable and receptive to questions that I had. They corrected the problem with the sewer main, cleaned up and rechecked the sewage pipe to ensure it was free of debris. They were very courteous and I would highly recommend them.

Felipe came about an half hour earlier than what I had been told by Amela who is the manager which was great! Amela was great to talk to as well. I wanted my sewer drain cleaned out and that is what Felipe did and it was quick and easy! Felipe told me my sewer drain was in good shape, and the price was reasonable! United Sewer immediately responded to my online request through ANGI. They established an appointment for two days later to inspect my roof gutter water drainage problems. Their technician arrived on time and gave a reasonable estimate of the cost to clear two downspout drain pipelines. As it turned out, one of the pipelines was determined to have internally collapsed. The other pipeline was successfully and fully cleared. All work was done efficiently and the areas were left in a neat state. At the conclusion of the work, United Sewer readily, and to my complete satisfaction, discounted the project cost to reflect the inability to open the collapsed drain pipeline. United Sewer personnel throughout the process from initial telephone contact through onsite work and post project telephone contact, were professional and responsible

Tony from United sewer and water has done an amazing job. First he responded very quickly. I submitted the request via Angi list at 230am and he responded at 8am. He offered complimentary camera inspection of the sewer pipe, located the problem quickly, and then suggested a cost effective way to get rid the blockage and reinforce the whole sewer pipe. He has the expertise in using tools such as hydro-jet and snake to their maximum effectiveness. Therefore he can do things other couldn't do, with the same set of tools. He and his partner, Felipe, worked till 8pm to complete the whole project and clean up the work area. Outstanding job. Extremely highly recommended.
