Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came within 24 hours and was able to diagnose an issue in my home that was leaving us really frustrated. He spent several hours on the site and did not charge an hourly fee like many companies do. I wouldnâ t hesitate to use United Sewer again in the future.

Very professional from start to finish. They were very thorough with initial inspection and gave me estimate for sewer backwater valve install bundled with house trap replacement and jet cleaning. Explained everything to my assurance and work went smoothly. After uncovering the existing pipework of course there were surprises. However new plan was quickly hatched and explained to me. Everything else went well and the team was on top of it.

I definitely recommend using United Sewer & Water. Tony and his team are professional, reliable, and efficient. I had a sewer clog that flooded out my basement last month and made an emergency service call, they showed up on time and resolved the issue in my main sewer line. They also explained the problem to me thoroughly so I had a better understanding.

There was an issue with our shower wherein the water would not stop running, regardless of everything we tried. We called a plumber based out of Westchester who couldnâ t make it for another 2 days and gave an outrageously expensive quote. We then found United Sewer and they came within an hour as theyâ re local to Stamford. Anthony and his team were extremely professional and courteous, they are clearly very experienced. They fixed the issues much quicker than the other plumber had suggested it would take, and at a much, much better price. I highly recommend United Sewer and Water, they are the only plumbers I will use going forward.

I called this company in the middle of the night when I was having a sewer backup and they showed up to my house shortly after! The work was immaculate, they were always cleaning up during the process and my back up was fixed in a timely manner. Will be calling them every time I have an issue.
