Mike worked on my job. He came right away and explained everything. He was thorough and cleaned up the area really well. I actually referred them to another plumber who was on another job at my location. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I needed it. They were great to work with!

Vincent was great! The job ended up being fairly complicated due to our 85 year old pipes. Vincent was on time and had all the tools needed to handle the job. We will definitely be working with United Sewer & Water in the future!

I hired then to snake my sewerline they snake the line on Wednesday and by Friday it blocked up again and they told me there is no warranty for the job I had to pay another company to come out to snake again terrible company I would not recommend then.

Very thorough, knowledgeable and skilled. VINCE was very deliberate in expiring our sewer issue and clogged sink. Very helpful and knew how to do the work well.

They did a good job and solved my drain issues. I am just sceptical when I start with an estimate of $175 and wind up paying $517, I did get additional service but my question is were the additional services really needed. I really don't know so I cannot give them the fifth star. The technician was prompt, professional and courteous,

Asked them to come and fix a leakage and two days after fixing, the problem got worst with water coming down the ceiling ,and I am calling them and they are not picking up.
