Superbly! They called within one minute of my asking for help on Angie's list on line - and I filled out the form on Labor Day (a Federal holiday)! Mike made an appointment for 9:30 the next day. He arrived 10 minutes early, called to let me know he was outside, came in with the appropriate tools, and solved the problem instantly. A pleasure doing business with them - would recommend them to anyone needing a professional, prepared, prompt and personal response! Although I hope I don't need any additional work done, if I do, I know who I will be calling!
