Description of Work: The stair case to the basement was on the verge of collapsing. Mr Mehmed was the only contractor who actually came in and gave me an estimate for the job. After three weeks of going back and forth with demolition, measurements and building, he finally made it happen. He built the stairs himself, not factory built and did a remarkable job. He has proven himself to be a master craftsman as he called himself. He describes every bit of the whole process over and over again, at times somewhat redundant. He is very meticulous, passionate about his work and a perfectionist to a fault. I had all the confidence in him, he's very trustworthy and honest. The price for the job was reasonable. I highly recommend him. However, it is worth noting that he is eccentric, and, at times, difficult to deal with. Overall though, he did a good job.
