After waiting a month from my first contract with another roofer! Called me last week and canceled the contract! Especial roofing responded the same day I contacted them through angi! Within the week I have a new roof! Actually the roof was on before I got my refund from the other company! On time, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards! Thank you Especial roofing!!

Was done in partnership with Israel Residential Construction. They handled the administration & payment process. Also supported translation so that job was correctly communicated. They were the only contractor who actually went on my roof to look at the gutter from the other side during the estimate process. Very thorough in their assessment, worked with me to come to a solution that fit my budget, was prompt & prepared and got the job done in two hours. Sent before & after pics and left no mess. Transparency and ease with payment. Even secured my internet cables so they wouldn't be floating across the roof and front of the house. Very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable of the trade. An excellent job all the way around!
