+ 0 moreI would be very wary of any of the 5 star reviews posted for this company. Please stay away at any cost, unless you want to suffer heartache and financial damages!!! We hired Team Garcia back in September to do full renovations on our newly purchased home. We gave them a very detailed list of items to get done, we got a quote from them and we signed a contract. From the get-go, the owner, Hector, didn't seem to have much understanding of construction. He rarely came to check on progress and his promised team of 10 people, shrunk to 3 people where only one was a skilled individual. We ended up firing Team Garcia after he didn't meet his deadline and failed to pay his employees for 3 weeks worth of work (to this date). throughout the process, he kept asking us to advance him money even though we had a very clear payment agreement. Our losses so far add up to $55,000 and two months post-deadline, we are not yet complete. Please, do yourself a huge favor and stay away! I would hate for anyone to go through the nightmare that we suffered with this "so called" contractors.
