TERRIBLE. Lee Taylor from Tarallo came out to measure our kitchen space in October of 2012. She saw that the Kitchen was completely gutted and knew that our moving back into the house was contingent on our cabinets arriving. Time was important because I was 7 months pregnant. She assured us plenty of times that the cabinets would arrive in no more then 8 weeks....plenty of time to finish the house up before the baby was due. After 8 weeks we started calling to inquire the status of our order. All we heard was excuse after excuse - Hurricane Sandy, the holidays etc. I decided to call Kraftmaid (who is awesome by the way) to learn the real deal. I found out that cabinets ordered take no more then 6 weeks, that Hurrican Sandy did not affect them nor did the holidays. I also learned that each order gets a tracking number and that tracking information can be looked up online 24/7. They advised me to get my Order number and track it myself. When I inquired about my order number from Tarallo they got defensive and told me that was private information. Ms. Taylor asked me if I would give a stranger my bank account information and likened this situation to that. Really? Does Macy's compromise their bank information when they give you a tracking number? To add insult to injury Ms. Taylor badgered me. She told me that I was crazy and hormonal and that my cabinets should be arriving "any day now". Not only did they steal my money but they toyed with me telling me my cabinets were going to arrive shortly instead of admitting I was never going to get them. If I knew that I would have made other arrangements. Here I am 10 months later cabinetless. These people are indecent thieves and I would stay as far away from this company as possible. P.S - Kraftmaid never got my order so I am left to wonder what type of cabinets I was actually getting. Maybe Chinese knockoffs that got stuck at customs? Who knows. If you bought cabinets from this vendor and think you have a warranty you are sadly mistaken (Kraftmaid cabinets have lifetime warranties but you need an order number to qualify for the warranty).
