I’m a repeat customer and will def use Shleppers again the in the future. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Prompt response, came on time, wore masks, and assisted with two moves. The price was fair and the movers were well skilled at moving. Made my life a lot easier and I can’t thank them enough. Will def use again for long distance and short distance moves.

I’ve heard horror stories about movers but I’m glad that for me it was not the case. Shleppers arrived on time, took care of picking up and carefully wrapping items with speed and care. My move was a 2 day move do to the volume. Both days went smooth. I had an easy time from the beginning when I spoke to one of the most friendliest move consultants (Elisa F.) that walked me through how my move was going to occur to the end when all the movers thanked me for using shleppers. I would not only recommend them to all but I will be using them again.

This is the worst company with the worst customer service. I used them on a move that lasted over 4 years and recently unpacked into my final move. I lost over 70 big ticket items. I had over $35000 worth of jewelry taken by their movers and I asked for a claim to opened up by the headquarters and they completely ignored me. I feel robbed and unjustly destroyed by this low life evil company. I hate the very word and thoughts of how they handled this and treated me. The owners are cowards and didn’t do what’s right. All I asked them to do and documented by numerous police reports was to open an insurance claim. They ignored me. This company deserves to fail. I feel so disrespected that the very fact that nobody ever did the right thing. It’s a complete and utter disrespect and loss of my family heritage on some of the priceless items that were taken from us by tons of employees of your company

The move itself went smoothly. The movers that picked everything up arrived on time and finished quickly, and the movers that delivered it also arrived on time and were fast. The only issue with the move itself was that a ceramic planter I had paid to be packed and moved separately because it was large and delicate arrived completely destroyed. I had taken a picture of it, submitted a claim with the necessary documentation of the $180 I paid for it and where I bought it, and followed all the instructions. It took about a month for me to get a response, and the settlement was only for $46. Under the claim notes, they listed that they don't cover damages of items packed by the owner, but I didn't pack this item and had specifically paid extra for them to pack and transport it safely. I tried calling the claims and customer service managers repeatedly for weeks as well as email them, but they never responded. I feel cheated out of my money.

Wow, what a great team. Gavin was so great fielding my millions of questions prior to the move. Garcia was so professional throughout the official move. His team was very communicative and efficient. They handled hurdles with our building management with ease and understanding. I was so impressed with everyone throughout this process. Thank you for being so transparent throughout. I was seeking out a place that would help us pack the items, Shelppers went above and beyond. They have such an organized system. I highly recommend them!

Shleppers did an excellent job on our long distance move from NYC to Sarasota, FL. At both location movers were great, they did really good job, they protected all of our stuff really well, they were wearing masks all of the time, they were fast and efficient. Big thanks to the formens Gerard in NYC and Carlos in Florida! The sales person Shannan was great, as were long distance move coordinator Dave and others from the dispatch office( Johnatan, Latoya, Steven). Recommending Shleppers for stress free move!

I hired Shleppers to move out of my studio apartment in Manhattan and into a storage unit. My moving team came within the stated window and packed and loaded my entire apartment in under 3 hours. One of the most painless moves I've experienced and would definitely use them again in the future.

Shleppers damaged the property where my furniture was stored and now refuses to pay for the repairs or return my calls. I have moved many times and never been treated to shabbily. I would never use this company again.

Schleppers was terrific. They worked extremely hard to make sure our needs were met and we were satisfied. They packed for us the day before our move, and were considerate of the work from home happening at the same time - even asked if the tape was too loud, and only interrupted to ask questions when necessary. The team made sure to seek guidance while packing and placing the items in our destination, so that we would have the boxes and furniture exactly where we wanted them. They had a positive attitude despite their extremely hard work in heat AND in masks. They were professional, diligent, and considerate. We used Schleppers in the past and so glad we used them again!

After getting quotes and reading reviews from many different companies we were horrified at the level of dishonesty and poor services in this industry. However, when we found Shleppers and read their reviews, we felt a lot more comfortable. After speaking with their sales rep, who seemed very honest and straight forward, our comfort level went up a bit further. When we received their quote we were shocked that their prices were almost $1000 lower than some of the companies who had terrible reputations! We had to reread the reviews On shleppers to make sure they were real! Anyone that we reached out to at the company with questions at any point during the process responded to us within a few hours. The process was explained very clearly to us, our questions were answered patiently. We very much liked the fact that the pricing was explained very clearly, including outlining which factors would make the price go up, and tips on how to keep the price as low as possible. We were also told exactly on which dates our credit card would be charged, and for how much. Everything was above board, and very clear. The online registration outlined everything that was discussed again, and ensured that we understood and agreed to the fine print so we wouldn’t have any surprises at the end. On the day before the move, our movers called and confirmed the time and location, and on the day of the move, they showed up nice and early. Mike and Chris did a fabulous job carrying all our boxes down 3 flights of stairs onto the truck, and were careful with our fragile items. They took the time to wrap our furniture carefully- it was heartwarming to watch them show our belongings so much care. Every single item that left our apartment was tagged with a big blue sticker that had my name, origin, destination and a barcode on it. The barcodes were scanned when the item was placed on the truck, and again every time they were moved. Our apartment was empty within a few hours of the movers showing up- we were surprised by how quickly they worked. The guys were pleasant, professional and focused- we were really impressed with them. We said goodbye to Chris and Mike and our belongings before lunch, and by early afternoon, we received a call confirming that all our belongings had arrived in their warehouse (as had been explained to us in advance). We received constant updates regarding our belongings over the next couple of weeks (ie when they were loaded onto the truck that would be bringing them to the west coast, and again with updates Re the estimated date of arrival). Our belongings arrived a couple days later than anticipated but this was communicated clearly and frequently whenever there was an update. Meeting and unloading our truck went completely smoothly. The truck showed up exactly at the time we agreed, and our items were unloaded carefully. We had a slight miscount of our boxes, but Khalid, the driver, was very patient and helped us recount and check all our boxes to make sure everything had arrived. He stayed longer than necessary to make sure we were comfortable, and was extremely gracious about it. Overall, we were really happy with the service that shleppers provided. They are professional, reliable and honest. Forget all the other companies with their shady reviews and business tactics- Shleppers is the way to go!

Terrible. I paid extra for "professional packing services" and it was the most negligent packing I've ever seen. Just a few examples: China/glassware was packed together with little or no protection; silk ties were rolled up and put at the bottom of a box with several heavy items on top; electronics were packed with no protection, etc., etc. Initially they said they would "fix their mistakes" but after a month and a half waiting for "upper management's approval" they offer $80 as a "goodwill gesture" and no reimbursement for unperformed services (they later increased their "goodwill" to $300 but still no reimbursement. Stay away from them.

I had a great experience with Shleppers. I had to move a two-bedroom apartment that was filled with lots of heavy books and furniture, flat file cabinets, and other things that would have been impossible to move on my own. The Shleppers team made it look really easy, and they were extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire day. They were extra careful with fragile artwork I needed moved. They followed all the strict rules of my new apartment building, like having to finish the move before 5pm on a weekday and being extra careful in the elevator and hallways. It was overall an excellent experience and highly recommend them.

We were so impressed with Shleppers moving company from the estimator to the last box being placed in our new home. We knew it would be a daunting task but our estimator Gavin was the ultimate professional and used software to give us a price on the spot. Of course, we checked with competing companies but Shleppers was not only cheaper but presented the deal in a clearer more concise and we believe more fair manner. On moving day the crew arrived promptly and were friendly and professional. Our belongings were handled carefully which we so appreciated. The time perimeters were met perfectly. All in all great job!

This was hands down the most efficient move I've ever had. I've moved quite a lot in the NY area, and typically feel anxiety as I watch move teams seem to take a very long time time with a job, vs. focusing on getting it done efficiently. I was so pleasantly surprised and super impressed by this move; they loaded and unloaded my stuff so much more quickly than I've ever experienced, in a way that still felt secure and safe. It felt like they had respect for my time and my things, and were also very friendly and professional.

We had an excellent crew packing us up in NY. They worked neatly and carefully and were courteous, professional and neat. They left the house in perfect condition. They had to bring all of our items to the Bronx for 2 months storage, We were concerned that there would be a lot of dust, dirt and lost. But that did not happen. The items delivered to our house in PA were in excellent condition. The move-in was also excellent. We had the same supervising mover and the rest of the team was new. They were so careful moving the furniture into this newly built hose. No damage to the walls, floors and stairs. Great crew
