Description of Work: Contracted to have property fenced. He promised to start in 2 weeks and finish in 2 weeks(written on the contract). Timing was important because we were moving my parents in & my dad has Alzheimer's. He never came, did not return calls for weeks. Then said the fence had not been available. Not true, we spoke to the fence co & they said it was in stock. Asked for deposit back. Took 2 months & threats of going to court to get our money back. He cashed my check the day after I gave it to him. I wouldn't have given him an "F" if he had the decency to give me the deposit back right away.

+ -1 moreHe was prompt, here when he was suppose to be here, and the work he did was beautiful. All of the neighbors have even commented on it. He was fantastic. If he was going to be late he would call. He had his own truck, all of the machinery was there, he had all of his tools so he wasn't running around trying to find stuff. He had two people that were working with him that were very capable and he was on top of them the whole time, there was no yelling or anything.
Description of Work: My neighbor and I used Richie's Fencing and Welding together to install a fence.
