Eddie first came by on a Saturday to look at the jobs we had. We needed a few small jobs, like painting, a door hinge repair, a light switch, a little touch up to cracks in the plaster. He sent a very reasonable estimate that evening, which I appreciated. He scheduled the job for Monday. We added a few more small projects which he and his brother did without complaint. Everything was finished, both Eddie and his brother were quiet and I was able to work at home while they worked. Eddie is polite, willing, makes good suggestions. They cleaned up and left the apartment looking new again! I highly recommend him for household repairs.
