Description of Work: Based on their reputation on your website, I called and scheduled an appointment with a Mr. Saunders for Friday, November 23, 2012 at 1:00. I am looking for an agent to help me sell my condo. Unfortunately, a member of my family became ill so I called at 10:30 am and rescheduled the appointment for Saturday, November 24, 2012 after 2:00 since Mr. Saunders said he was booked until 2. Mr. Saunders never showed up or called. I finally called him on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 just to find out why he hadn't atleast given me the courtesy of a call. He stated that he was ill with the flu. I feel he could have had someone from his office call to reschedule and not just ignore the appointment. Although he apologized when I called for not showing up and stated he would call to schedule another appointment, I have not heard from him since.

Description of Work: I was fortunate to have a good experience in finding a home. I had to endure the months of agonizing and tedious searching for a home. My agent was Sharice Peagram. She was great. Sharice was very informative and knows her job. Always kept me up to date. Constantly sending me updated info on homes or new homes added to the market via emaiil. Always picked up the phone/returned my calls. She was always either on time or early for our appointments. Even during some home inspections I had and did not need her there, she would come. I honestly could not even tell you what hours she kept since she always made herself available. Even met us on a Sunday. Weekdays and several Saturdays. Good negotiator as well. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to use Sharice as their real estate agent. I can only report on buying a home since I've never sold a home and can not vouch for their services on selling a home.

Description of Work: I first contacted this agency because of the good rating on Angie's List. My first meeting with Walter was excellent back in Oct. 2011 and we discussed my failed experience with a previous realtor I was working with to get my apt sold. At the time of the meeting, Walter provided excellent information on current comps in order to determine whether it was worth it to list my coop again after just being taken off the market the day before meeting Walter. The comps were not great and I informed Walter I would contact him in the New Year (2012) which I did. I sent him an email and no acknowledgement. I left him a voice message a few weeks later and no response back. I called again a woman answered and I informed her I have been trying to reach Walter to discuss listing my apt with their agency. The woman responded with 'Well, he is VERY busy". I was completely in shock as that would not be the response you would give a POTENTIAL client. She took down my information (TWICE because she couldn't retain the information as we spoke) and she said she would call me back and NEVER did. I would not recommend this agency given my experience with them and I guess I was an isolated incident so I can't give this agency an overall good rating for what I went through in the past few weeks with them. It's their loss and another agency's gain as I am very pleased with them thus far and have been working hard at arranging showings of my apt and bringing in traffic. I am VERY impressed with the service they are providing me and I will list their information as my recommendation to use them. Thank you.

Description of Work: I needed an appraisal on my house for possible sale. I walked into the offfice and was greeted by the realtor. He came the next day with the compararative prices in the neighborhood, and did a complete walkthrough of the house. He made recommendations of possible improvements to the house before listing it for sale. He was prompt, courteous, and attentive to details in the house.

Description of Work: This realtor was excellent. Sold a condo is a depressed real estate market.

Description of Work: Was the most professional real estate agency I have ever used. I have bought and sold 3 houses and this agency was able to sell my house quicker than any other and for much closer to my asking price. It was really a pleasure doing business with them. They are classy, professional and knowledgeable.
