Fiori came first to give us a free assessment of the task - fixing the kitchen drain and its connection to the dishwasher. He explained clearly what our options were, the pros and the cons, and gave us estimates for the different options. He then came back at the time scheduled and did a full day's work, which ended up including the snaking of the drain pipe, and made sure our kitchen sink was in good shape and the space underneath was clean when he was done. He also advised us on possible follow-ups (the drain pipe may need additional work). Fiori was polite and pleasant throughout. The quality of the work appears to be excellent.

Over the last five years we have had about six plumbers look at why water leaks from our shower into the kitchen, no one could work it out, the sodden sheetrock in the kitchen and bathroom has been renewed numerous times. In desperation we put our problem to Angie and within 15 minutes we got a call from Fiori who came that day and, after water experiments, found out what the problem was, a leaky pipe and grout. Fiori and Edo came immediately and fixed the problem, a new pipe installed and new grout and silicone, with Fiori always explaining what he was doing. We were very happy and will recommend them to our friends and call them with any new plumbing problems. A very good experience. They came exactly when they said they would, and communicated the night before, as well as that day to make sure the time was still good. They explained the project in detail. In my case, my pipes were in very bad shape and needed replacement. They showed me why, even taking pictures and videos, and discussed how to they would try doing the least replacement first. When that didn't work, they still found a way to do a proper permanent repair, but still keep the costs as minimal as possible. Considering how bad a condition my situation was, I consider myself exceptionally lucky to have them. Any good plumber can work with a "normal" job. When you have a particularly challenging situation like mine, you need someone you can trust and count on. They were just that. They cleaned up and put everything back. They called me two days later to make sure everything was okay. I wouldn't call anyone else in the future. It is hard to find a good plumber. I highly recommend them.
