Description of Work: THEY CHANGED VALVES ON RADIATORS. THEY FLUSHED THE LINE OF THE BOILER CLEANED AND DRAINED IT.

+ -1 moreHe was diligent about trying to track down and correct every problem, was a pleasure to work with, took great care to keep our house clean and neat (as much as possible anyway), and took the time to explain what he was doing and what we could do in the future to avoid this problem. Even though he and his partner had other emergencies to take care of as well, he never rushed or acted like he was cutting corners to get done quickly so he could move on to another job.
Description of Work: Joe came out to do emergency repairs on our hot water heating system which had failed due to severely cold temperatures and cold air infiltration into the house.
