Description of Work: Fix broken heat pipes and install new boiler/water heater. What was to be done in two days took 9 months. Granted, there were a couple more leaks than anticipated, which I paid extra for them to fix, but I had to hire other people to come in and fix the leaks and rework plumbing that Ragno came to fix several times but could never fix. Also vented the gas to exhaust into a "shed" that is still a part of the house instead of venting out of the hole already in the roof a few inches away.
