Description of Work: The guys came early in the morning as requested with smiles on there faces and a very friendly attitude for having to work labor day weekend. They were very strong and professional. Unfortunately a couple of the heavy furniture items were not wrapped completely to protect the move out the front door and sustained scratches, and this is something that they will most likely avoid in the future. Overall they did a good job and I would recommend them

Description of Work: The main problem I had was getting in contact with them. They where supposed to contact me within 48 hours. They didn't. I tried contacting them four times. The first two times the phone just rang and rang with no answer. The second two times I got a message the number was no longer in service. I went to the web to find an alt. number which I did. Once again I called it and the phone just rang and rang. After the third time of calling someone finally picked up. On the day of the move the truck showed up 30 mins early. Great. But they wouldn't start right away and ended up starting 20 mins late. Not so great. Once they where working they did work hard and took good care of my things. At one point we where boxing some last minute stuff up and I handed one of the guys some moving tape I had. Another one of the guys came over took it from him and said no use this. It was the same kind of tape I was using already but they opened a whole new batch and I am sure it was just to be able to charge me for it. The Forman on the job was very good. Very respectful and professional as where two of the other guys. One guy had a very negative attitude and I got to listen to him complain all day about how he had to do a long move the day before and how the guy only tipped him $38 at the end. I would have to say. I would rather set myself on fire then move again but if I did move again I will be looking for a different mover.
