Ms Porter does a very thorough cleaning job. She makes sensible decisions about what needs cleaning and helps me organize stuff. She reminds me about our cleaning appointment using a scheduling software and is easy to reach via text if I need to change the date. I've recommended her to several friends in the neighborhood and have gotten positive feedback.

Prestej regularly cleans a 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Brooklyn used for short term rentals (through airbnb mostly), and does an excellent job in keeping the place immaculate, changing beds, cleaning baths and kitchen, and I can trust the service 100 percent to do what they said they would. They have keys to the apartment and I rely on them. As a result, my reviews are good and I have no problem keeping the apartment booked. They have also helped me organize a linen closet several times and clean my own home. Highly recommend.
