+ -1 moreLost 2 containers of stuff on their delivery to South Dakota. Called and filed Claiim with Precision Mini Storage & Moving office. For last four months I have been trying to have Stephanie handle my Claim.. I keep getting the run around and can't get anyone to help me solve my Claim.. Somebody had to steal my stuff because Precision Mini Storage & Moving was the only ones to have their hands on my stuff because we stored everything in their storage for one month and their drivers who delivered stuff. When we hired Precision Mini Storage & Moving they wanted to be paid before they did anything - I followed their rules now I have a problem and my stuff is missing no one wants to speak or help me. I would never recommend this moving company or would I use them again . I have moved since using Precision Mini Storage & Moving and would never consider calling them. They talk a good talk when they want your business but if there is a problem they don't know you. TERRIBLE customer service.
Description of Work: Picked up my stuff in Ct. and put it in their storage for 30 days and then delivered stuff to South Dakota
