The company was coming out to fix a leak underneath my terraces. He did not do a good job removing the tiles nor evening the concrete underneath the tiles. There was no supervision during the project. He had to rent a machine and come back to correct the concrete and paint the area. The worker complained about losing money by having to come fix the mistake. Now the paint is bubbling and peeling due to moisture underneath again, possibly due to another leakage or poor job sealing the area. The owner is no longer returning calls to come fix the issues. The owner finally scheduled a date and did not show up and is not returning calls, again.

The experience was very good. Our point of contact was named Asif and he was very professional and prompt with an estimate. They are fully licensed, insured and used ropes and a platform so no scaffolding to block my driveway. The entire job was done in about five days and they were prompt and very patient when we asked questions during the repair job.
