My Home Tile Kitchen Bath

They were awful.... sloppy job...constantly ordering the wrong doors and delaying the job. The backsplash over the sink and side of the stove was done VERY poorly, lumpy and bumpy.... the granite came in with looked like a yellow stain. The contractor they sent Colin Yearwood did an atrocious job. He was unprofessional and rude at times.. Once you pay them ...NEVER PAY IN FULL because once they have your monies forget them helping if you have a problem. They do NOT stand by their product... NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR CONTRACTORS....

The person in charge (Gem is his name) had the WORST actitud I have ever seeing in customer service. I ask his name and he told me "I haven't told you my name, you won't recognize my name since it is from Turkish" kept talking to end with "and you never have being in Turkish or will go, so, you don't need to know my name"... it is funny that I actually had being in Turkish twice and told him. Then he took 10 minutes to explain his name belong to the most-mayor-best- (etc) Turkish king ever so he should be treated as a king himself (???!!!). After I refuse his first suggestion and ask him to quo a different one, he went really crazy, and ask me if I will buy him if he make the quotation and if I have the 1500 to make the purchase!!! I just got out with a big headache from his actitud. What an waste of time and pace of mind. I will really need to take the rest of the day off to survive this nonsense. I just can say STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON.

I had a sit down with a representative, I gave him measurements and supplied all necessary needs to build my Kitchen, Me and my wife we're really happy and agreed to a total amount. He took a $500.00 deposit never once told me details of supplying my own contractor to install Until after a home visit. This company is a waste! BAD customer service, Don't give details of work orders, Treats customers as if they not needed. Treated me like garbage. I Told Owner or store mgr he lost a customer upon my down payment refund, His professional response was, I am not the first and won't be the last. Lack of professionalism. I don't know where they found all those people to work at the store, they don't know what they're doing. Their policy is ridiculous, obviously the person running that place has no business knowledge and is clueless about customer service. They should really invest in a professional business person to go there and teach them how the business is done. Never will I even look in window.
