Hired Mr. Appliance of Riverdale for my fifteen year old Kenmore elite washer that wasn’t draining. Technician Edwin responded and explained in detail everything he was going to do from beginning to end. He quoted me for a minor repair along with the diagnostics check and was confident of what the problem was going to be. I was skeptical in hiring these companies because you don’t know whose homes and is a minor repair going to be s dishonest major repair do they can rip you off. The technician and boss that I spoke to constantly reminded me that they work off word if mouth, great recommendations and from great reviews by Home Advidor where I found them. I would recommend them every time to everyone I know because of their honesty. They also honored as they specified the 10% off for law enforcement, military, fire etc. and Thanked me for my service. Mr. Appliance of Riverdale gets five stars!! Thank You!!!

The company did their job with scheduling and follow up. Unfurtunately, I have a ten year old machine that will cost more to fix than what it’s worth. The company charges a fair price for coming and giving an estimate. They also offer you a grace period to make a decision as to moving forward with the estimate or not. I find that to be a good business tactic.

They were very accommodating as to my time frame. Spent quite some time trying to figure out my problem. After figuring it out and quoting me the price of the part which he said might still need more parts I’ve decided to buy a new appliance. At least he was honest which I valued highly. Would recommend and use again if need be.

Received original call back after several days. Courteous owner and technician. Job done swiftly - returned in one day with part and installation. Haven’t had home service of any kind in years - part listed by manufacturer at $173 - total payment $450 which was a shock - maybe this is usual these days

Technician Edwin came to the house, spotted the issue with the dryer and ordered the part. The part arrived and he was there the next morning installing it. Excellent customer service and professionalism.
