Latin Glass Windows and Doors, Inc

First of all Robert dropped a planter hanging in my window onto my oak radiator cover and put two nicks in it. He didn't even look to see if he damaged anything. He never told me about getting UltraLift balances, which would cost $200 instead of what he charged me. When I spoke to him he didn't understand what I was saying, so he called his office for me to speak to Jennifer but she wasn't available, so he said she would call me back in 15 minutes, but she never did. I finally had to call her again around 5:00 PM and asked for an invoice for the work done. She said she would send it after talking to Robert about replacing the balances to UltraLift. I never heard from either of them nor did I get an invoice. On Wednesday I tried to get Jennifer but the voice mail was full and I couldn't leave a message. When it did ring through it went straight to voice mail. I think she saw caller ID and wasn't answering my calls. Finally she picked up the phone around 3:00 PM and said Robert would replace them, but I stated that I didn't want an invoice where you had to put in your charge account information because I already paid cash and it stated I owe $100, which is incorrect. I just wanted a plain ordinary invoice with what was done, which was change balances. It also wasn't worded right. It never said balances replaced; it said something I couldn't understand; why I don't know. At around 9:41 I PM I got another email/invoice from Robert stating I owe $125 but it still does not say for what, which would be the new UltraLift balances. I can't understand what is so difficult. Also, on the invoice there is no address for them. I know they are in the Bronx, but where in the Bronx. I want a new invoice stating just what I need done, nothing more and nothing less without the charge card information requested.

I needed some immediate repair work on the exterior of my balcony surround. First, Roberto came out late in the evening on Tuesday, after his last job, to look at what was needed. This was major kudos in my book, and I'm not easy to please! He arrived early this morning as promised, and, not only did the requested work, he also went beyond to give it a much more beautiful finish all over! Talk about surprise and delight!! I am totally over the moon with his work! In addition, he not only cleaned up after himself, he swept my entire back patio!! This is a HUGE plus with me. Taking pride in your work shows and he definitely is proud of his work and the company. I've already asked him for estimates on other projects as I will definitely want to hire him again. I absolutely recommend Latin Glass Windows and Doors, Inc!
