We manage a property on Heath Avenue in the Bronx and requested a roof repair and then to repair the ceiling of the top floor apartment. We scheduled this job 4 times, each time the tenant waited and nobody showed up. When we called Keystone Contracting, they gave a very poor excuse for not showing up. They rescheduled and again didn’t show up. This happened 4 times. They said they are going today and the tenant just told me nobody showed up. I called Keystone Contracting now and nobody answered the phone. What a loser company. All they had to say was to call someone else or they cannot do the job but they played with us 4 times and never showed up

It went very well. The Ahmeds were friendly, honest and responsive to my needs. They assessed the work to be done & supervised their workers. The workers were also friendly, hard working and conscientious doing the job and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. They were skilled at the brick pointing and the other work they did to the front of my house. I am very pleased with their services and their attitudes.

I sent a detailed email request via the Angie's List portal on Sunday, 15 July 2018, and received email confirmation that the request was transmitted to Keystone Contracting Corporation. Someone from Keystone Contracting left a telephone message as well as sent an email the next day suggesting an appointment for 10:00am on Saturday, 21 July; I sent two emails agreeing to the date. She also said that the Estimator/Assessor named Tanveer would call me the day before, Friday, 20 July, to confirm the appointment; he did not. Neither did he show up at the scheduled time nor did anyone call from Keystone to explain.

Very happy with the work, very nice job . All workers were very professional. All work was completed according to proposal. Ahmed supervised through out the day. Very professional and very accommodating. I would use company again and highly recommend to neighbors.

Adam and his crew were very professional, they always came on time and cleaned up after them. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the work. Would definitely hire again.

Adam, Tanveer and their crew are top notch. I have employed them twice for work on my UWS brownstone and have been extremely pleased. Not only was the work completed to the highest standards, the crew was extremely neat, considerate and professional, especially important to me as the only access to the rear is through my home. Highly recommend Adam and Tanveer. They are professional and accessible. April in the office is also a pleasure to work with. I expect I will be using Keystone again on future projects.

I sought quotes from four contractors. Keystone was the most professional and at a reasonable price. Work began on schedule and was completed in four days. I am satisfied and would use them again for other projects.

I have been talking to lots of contractors since last year . I called several contractors most seem like a handy man . Keystone called me in their office and showed their previous work . They me go thru all the paper work and I was on my way . Every thing was very professional . They were very clean and finished the work in time .

Worker on time, aware of the assignment. Owner of company checked in on the job. Very neat, professional & very polite.
