+ 0 moreThis was one of the most unprofessional professionals with whom we have ever done business. Silvo promised to do the work, promised that he was able to do the work and never corrected the very bad mistakes that he and his helper had made. He kept making excuses for not completing our contracted work and he never offered to pay us back for the incomplete and incompetent work.
Description of Work: We had 10 single-pane custom windows that needed to be replaced with double-pane windows. Silvio gave us a reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. There was a long period of time before the custom windows arrived and he and his helper installed them. We paid the final payment and then found within a short period of time that the seals had failed on at least 5 of the 10 windows . The gas escaped and moisture collected on the inside of the double-panes. I contacted Silvo and was given excuses for 6 weeks. When he finally arrived and saw the condensation, he agreed that the seals had failed, remeasured the windows and said that he would reorder the glass. More weeks went by and more excuses were made. Finally, our calls went unanswered. He never returned and never completed the work.

+ -1 moreI called JCK about the malfunctioning door. I heard back same day and Silvio (owner) arrived that day. I received a quote ( no hard sell or upsell tactics) and Silvio and one worker arrived later in the day as promised. Job took a couple of hours and was performed to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Silvio repaired a door that was unable to close due to warping of the frame
