FRANK'S FLOOR SCRAPING

I wanted to get my floors done, just wanted a new look in my home. With a child in high school and another in pre-k the extra cash for things like this isn't easy to set aside. I called several places with the square footage to get an estimate and the prices in many cases were absurd. I know you get what you pay for but I just really felt the prices were just not reasonable. I found Franks Floors website by chance and gave it a try. The family run business got me. The price they quoted me was affordable so it made me nervous since the other companies wanted so much more for staining the same floors. He came to my home for the free estimate. He even had a wood slab to show me what 4 different stains would look like on my floor. He explained the entire process to me and showed me some before and after pictures that he had on the phone. When I saw how different the floors looks after being refinished I needed to get mine done. I teach so they came to my home early enough so that I could let them in and do another walk through. My mom hung around while they worked and she commented on how well they worked together and how friendly they were to her. I know she asked them a ton of questions. It was a 2 day process bec I had the entire 3 bedroom apt done. They worked until 7:30 and left the floors stained that night. It already looked like a new apt. The next day they went back to finish up and the apt was left to dry the rest of the day. My husband and some friends went to clean up on the third day in order to put our things back in the apt ( especially bec our son has asthma and so my husband wanted to make sure the house was dustless) My husband texted me in shock bec the house was immaculate, they dusted the counter tops, the window sills, even the walls, even the fans. I know my husband was impressed bec he called to thank them before I did. And the secretary who is also the owners mom:) said that they heard me mention my son had asthma so when cleaning they wanted to make sure they cleaned the apt from top to bottom. She stated this was the norm for them but that they were more aware of my sons condition and took the clean up even more seriously. This touched me. My kids love the floors, for a 16 year old to say the house looks great is a big achievement. I've told everyone about my new floors and show them pics. It looks like the whole house got a makeover even though its still our old stuff in it. The stain just makes everything stand out more. Looks beautiful. I've even heard my husband try to take credit for finding them and getting the floors done. When friends and family see the floors they are shocked to hear how little we paid for the quality work we had done. They asked for their business cards, and I did not hesitate to give it out.
