This was the best moving experience I've ever had in my entire adult life! Three men arrived, Miguel, Carlos and Ramon promptly at 9am and they did not waste any time! The took inventory of all that needed to be moved and went to work right away, which was especially important to me since the cost is by the hour and not by the box, etc. These three gentlemen worked like beasts! They got us packed out of Carstadt in less than 3 hours and then we were on our way to the new place. When we arrived we were met with workers for the townhouse who were putting down a new roof and siding for my section (the timing was brutal) but they managed to lay their ramp down and work with the other workers and not see it as an issue. Everything was going extremely smooth until the couch had to be moved in. It was obvious to them the landing into my townhouse was not going to accommodate the size of the couch so they decided to bring it up through the balcony. What an amazing feat! They accomplished what appeared to be a show-stopper with such ease, grace and professionalism that I was swept off my feet and I hold very high expectations! I cannot commend these three gentlemen enough for their punctuality, their friendliness and their utmost professionalism. To anyone reading this review who was feeling like I was a few weeks ago, a bit overwhelmed by the house buying process and all the nuances that go along with it such as choosing a reliable and honest moving company...look no further! This IS the BEST moving company. I have nothing but the utmost gratitude and appreciation to relay to this company! You are an example for other moving companies to follow! In closing, I also want to recognize Vladimir the gentleman who came to my house to give me the estimate for the move. My decision to pick this company over the others I had received estimates on, some even lower estimates than Vladimir's, was entirely based on his professionalism during the estimate. Others who had given me much lower estimates did not exude the professionalism or honesty that Vladimir demonstrated that morning and that's why he got my business. His professional appearance, the way he spoke, everything was a clear reflection of the extraordinary service I received on May 4th. A special thanks to Vladimir for making my decision much easier during this hectic time. You are a high quality asset to Moving Man, Inc.

The movers were GREAT!. Professional, punctual, efficient and hard-working. Kelby, Ramiro, Beto and Franco from Moving Man Inc. were simply the best. They all worked very hard, were friendly and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I cannot imagine a move being easier or going more smoothly. They were like a well oiled machine. While two men were preparing furniture for the move the other two were loading the truck with boxes. These guys clearly had a plan, worked together well and wasted no time. Thanks guys for great job!

Free boxes dropped off 4 days before. Movers showed up on time. they were very efficient and finished under the projected time.

From first contact Moving Man were very professional and responsive. We were quoted a fair price for the services (we obtained 3 different quotes) and everything went according to plan. The US packers were fantastic, everything was extremely well packed and they worked to the timetable provided. Our shipment arrived in the UK in perfect condition and was unpacked into a storage unit. I would recommend and use Moving Man again without any hesitation.

We moved out of our one-bedroom in New York to a house in Cambridge, MA. The apartment building is in a busy area of New York, but the movers showed no problems parking and moving the things to the truck. There were three movers and they were all punctual and professional; they did their work in a proactive and positive way. The entire move-out took two hours. We had pre-packed most of our boxes, and the movers added padding to furniture and used extra boxes where necessary. They treated our things carefully and efficiently. The move-out was on Monday, and by Wednesday night we had our things in Cambridge. Two men moved the things into the house. It is a narrow and old house, and they were very kind to move things up small and winding staircases, never showing any signs of annoyance. When something didn't seem like it would fit, they found solutions in a good-natured way. It was a wonderful moving experience. The company was communicative and conducted their business responsibly. The main office organized the certificate of insurance needed for the apartment move, which we didn't know about beforehand.

The guys were punctual, careful with all our furniture, and kept a positive additude throughout the move. I was especially impressed by the way they managed to get our enormous antique sofa through a tiny doorway. Definitely recommend and will use them again for future moves.

A fantastic experience from start to finish, from the in person estimate through a massive packing job, the move itself and unpacking at the other end. I've had problems with movers in the past and these guys do it right. Look no further!

Great. Still unpacking but everything was amazing. Very punctual and packed all our belongs fast and for a good price.

They started 30 minutes later than when they said they would show up. They were coming from New York City. Once they showed up, they worked tirelessly to get the job done. They were extremely professional (with one caveat). I bought hot lunch for them and they ate quickly and was back to work. Every piece of furniture was packed and treated with care and everything arrived in perfect condition at the destination. To be that is the hallmark of a good moving company. They worked from 9AM until 8PM that night. They were fantastic. Now the one caveat is the following. The crew put a hole the size of a large grapefruit in the dry wall of my old house. It was just above the kick board at ankle level. I had new tenants moving in two days later. They did not tell me when it occurred. I noticed it only when I was walking through the property the next day when I was doing final cleanup. I went to home depot and bought a patch and some spakling. Luckily I still have paint left over that matched the color. By Sunday night the wall was repaired. However, this could easily caused me all kinds of headaches if I didn't know how to repair the hole or I did not have the right paint on hand. I called Moving Man and complained to their manager. He apologized and agreed with me that this was not an acceptable behavior on their part and promised to talk to the crew who did the work including Ramone. The estimates that they provided was exactly what the final cost was. I was glad there were no surprises there as there often are with these type of jobs/businesses. Despite the incident with the drywall, I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend this company. Mitch
