+ -1 moreVery very badly, had to dismiss after 1 week. The pavers they installed were tilted, uneven and unlevel. I could not open the back door to get outside due to their tilted and sloped pavers ...Fire hazard!!! When I complained, he replied " proposal didn't say pavers were to be level"......isn't that a common sense assumption. He was rude, curt and disrespectful. Not yet half way through he demanded more money. I had to dismiss and hired a competent contractor to start over. Redo what Empire did and then finish the job. Hiring this company was a big mistake.
