 + 0 moreThe dining table came back with the leaf system nonfunctional and the finish was not acceptable. Came back again and the requested matte finish was glossy. All this took months to do. I cancelled the work on 2 sofas and requested my $1500 back which I never received. My advise is stay away. Don't be fooled by them. They are no better than common thieves.

 + -1 moreGiovanni was responsive, timely, and fixed my furniture that was damaged by movers. This included reattaching the wooden foot to an antique couch, replacing ripped dust covers on two wingback chairs, and reattaching a button on a tufted chair. All the work was done on-site in my apartment, within two days of speaking with Giovanni, and for a price I thought was reasonable. I would definitely use them again!

 + -1 moreI recently hired Giovanni and his team at Elite Furniture Service to replace the foam in the 2 main seat cushions in a leather La-Z-Boy reclining couch that I purchased over 10 years ago. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and my decision repair the couch instead of getting a new one. Getting a quote over the phone was quick, the price was fair, and scheduling was the appointment was easy. I would not hesitate recommending them or using them again in the future.
