Ehrlich Pest Control

If I could give this "business" zero stars I would. I was given the name of this operation by someone who thought they were moth specialists. I wish I had done due diligence but alas... Called on a Monday morning, made an appointment for an inspection to be done next day between 8am & 12pm, expecting they would contact me with an estimate thereafter. I heard nothing by 3:30 so I call to follow up. Dude says he'll reach out to the inspector for an update and get back to me. Then, nothing. No return call that afternoon or all day Wednesday. I call again on Thursday morning. They take forever locating my account, then tell me there's no activity on the account. I proceed to read them the riot act. Manager Ethan says we'll get to it Monday. I say no, either you get it done today Thursday (Xmas eve) or I'll take my business elsewhere. Ethan says he'll "escalate" the issue. Still no response by end of day. What a disgraceful way to run a business. Ehrlich is a total failure, thoroughly irresponsible, disrespectful of others' time. But I see now someone else had a very similar experience to mine. Ehrlich is not deserving of your business.

The first person I scheduled an appointment with explained to me one process of how the assessment is done and how the quote would be given on site. They gave me a window of time between 8-12 and I had a relative waiting there. It was 12:45 and no one called me, and then someone else got on the phone and gave me a different explanation on how the assessment process works, and how they don't do house visits for squirrels and that it is a base fee, which the original person I spoke with could have told me, and avoid the waiting time. Due to the way they handled this situation, and their less than stellar process of communication to a new customer, I will not use this branch, and although Ehrlich is a big company, they should be mindful of how the local branches deal with their customer to minimize redundancies and be more efficient.

He told me to call him if I needed him and he would be right over to help me.

We had mice and the company cleared the problem. I did not like the first techincian but the company sent out a second person and we were pleased. We were very happy with the second person.

I pay $48 a month for their services. They come when you call them and they are prompt. You will get an actual person on the phone. They will say that they would send someone out, they give you a time and they come when they say they are going to come. Once we had a big killer bee problem on our neighbor’s and our yard. So, they came back two or three times. If you are on the maintenance plan, they don’t charge you every time. It’s covered since they come out here. It saves money in that respect. They are good.

I HAVE HAD A FEW ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY, BUT OVERALL THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THE WORKERS COME PREPARED AND ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAD WERE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY.
