Description of Work: I hired Economy Glass to adjust the windows in my apt. so that they would be easier to open and close. I expected it would be a simple adjustment to each window. Instead they took out the Marvin balances and replaced them with something not compatible with the Marvin design, so that the windows could not be tilted in for repair or cleaning, thus preventing proper functioning of each window. For this work they charged me $1700. After many demands for a refund for damaging my Marvin windows, they refunded $700. Obviously, I will never deal with Economy Glass again.
