Replaced two exterior locks for me . The one other installers that came to my home didn’t know how to change. Edwin is polite professional and experienced. Also was very responsive and helpful on messages.

It went horrible. Edwin came to the house and offered a quote. He said he would do the job with a helper and promised that someone would clean up. He said he would be at the house between 9 and 11. He showed up at 11:30. He said his helpers were on their way. No one else showed up. By 5pm. He barely started the job. And hadn’t cut the joist yet. At 6pm I decided to help him. I’m glad I did because he was going to put L brackets in instead of joist supports. Finally I told him to come back the next day. He couldn’t come for 5 days. By the weekend I couldn’t stand it anymore with the huge mess he left and the unfinished job that I had to do it myself. Tuesday came. I figured he want to pick up his ladder at least. But I waited all day and he never showed up or called. A week later he called me because he needed the ladder. I explained my disappointment and he said jeez. I only wanted to get my ladder. I told him to come by the next morning. I waited all morning and he never showed up. A month later he calls because he wants to pick up his ladder.

I can't thank Edwin enough for going above and beyond the job of installing my new storm door. What I thought would be relatively simple turned out to be quite time consuming. I had problems with the existing door frame because of some minor foundation issues. Although the door was installed correctly, there were so many gaps because of the imperfect existing door frame. Edwin and his assistant, Juan, both worked tirelessly and methodically to get the job done to HIS standards which is really rare these days. People are just used to doing what they are paid to do and move on. Not Edwin. Even though he was sick and very much under the weather, he knew that this installation was important to me because of my rising heat bill. He came in anyway and worked tirelessly in the cold weather to make sure everything was up to standard and indeed, it was above and beyond my expectations. I certainly hope to hire Edwin again in the very near future. I will help spread the word in different websites that this is the guy who will give you QUALITY work for what he charges you. Worth every dollar!! Many thanks again.

Still ongoing . Dwindling and FELIX are Professional and efficient and extremely courteous. I hired them to complete and repair more projects than originally requested.Tbey are very knowledgeable in all things needed to make your home comfortable and all things working in place. I hope to work with them in future projects as I find them very reliable and both open to suggestions when adding their expertise to the projects.

Edwin is very dedicated to his work and this is shown by the quality of the work he did. Which was paint my bedroom, fix my closet, replace my ceiling fan and other misc work. He fixed my car and he did several electrical jobs around the house.He is very capable of doing just about anything you ask of him. So talented! He has put in a toilet for me in the past and fix my car as well .I plan on calling him to put in my outdoor lighting as soon as the weather gets warmer
