The work was well but the poor girl made a hint that she was not being paid for the travel expenses. She was happy when I gave her a tip of $20. They could do better in their communication. There was a lady who I communicated with through texts. It was poor English. I had to call her two times to schedule appointments. I was chasing her and not she was chasing me. I would not use them in the future. If you want to help poor people, hire them.

So far it's fine. They were thorough, their price is fair, the quality is very good.

They weren't very professional. What they did do was okay but I didn't like the $180 for 6 hours. She told me there were two people with three hours each. I agreed to that she told me anything over 3 hours is $30 an hour. I agreed to that too. After the first three hours I see that the job wasn't going to be completed. They were taking their time one would go into the bedroom the other into the kitchen doing work piece by piece, talking on the phone. One had children they are calling her and she's calling them. Then at 4 O' clock she had to go pick her baby from the day care because they would charge her if she was late. One bedroom was incomplete, the kitchen was pretty decent. For what I paid I should have got more accomplished. The quality of work I couldn't actually see it.

company sent an ex convict to member and the man that came to do housecleaning got violent with member. Police escorted the housekeeper out of apartment. Employee was never let go from Coleman Housekeeping and is still employed. Employee told the customer if he didn't like the way the employee was cleaning the member could do it himself. He then would not leave the apartment which prompted the call to the police.

Cinthia and Michelle work well together and accomplished a great deal in two and a half days of hard work. I will definitely use their services again after the renovation to help me unpack and clean up. I am grateful for their "can do" spirit and energy.

After the tenant residing in our rental home moved, the apartment was left extremely dirty. Cinthia and Michelle did a great job cleaning the apartment. It did not go well. They had not informed me they needed a ride from the train to my house. They broke the mop I had provided and failed to clean the floor as a result. I would not go with this operation again in the future.

Service was fine.

With less than a week to move out of my apartment of more than 15 years, Mrs. Coleman came in (with a few of her friends) and made it happen. This was a BIG job. With over 15 years of accumulated stuff, she was able to throw out over 100 garbage bags of stuff, organize and pack what I was keeping, and clean the apartment, in less than 3 days. She worked extremely hard to make this happen in a short amount of time, and was a total professional the whole time. I picked her based on her reviews at Angie's list, and I'm very happy I did. I could not have done this without her. She was so good, that I also hired her to clean my new apartment. I feel lucky to have found her and intend to use her as my regular cleaning lady from now on. She is outstanding. A total pro. I'm happy to recommend her to any of my friends. You will not be disappointed.

Provider was very nice, punctual and professional. However I choose this provider because it received an "A" rating. Ratings are subjective, my "A" may be someone elses "C" and vice versa. My house was an empty house, it was a fairly clean house, however I wanted the bathrooms and especially the kitchen floors to be cleaned again. Two workers came, they were very nice. They cleaned as they know, however when provider showed me finished job and asked if I liked it, I had to show the Provider the grout was still unclean and then show her how to remove it which she did and she was even surprised at the difference between clean and not clean. The bathroom floors were just surfaced moped so after they left I had to go on my knees to clean the corners of the bathroom. Again my idea of clean includes corners. She told me she cleaned the kitchen floor, which was my main reason for hiring the cleaning company was still dirty when they left. It was so obviously dirty that the neighbor came by the following day and said "I though you had this floor cleaned yesterday". I spoke with the provider and informed her how disappointed I was. I was disappointed because when one cleans especially an empty house paying $385.00 one should pay attention to details. They didnt have any furniture to move nor furniture to dust. She said she did the best she could and I guess thats all I could expect. So, to sum it up for me this is no where near an "A" service and I am upset that after paying $385.00 I still had to clean my house myself the following day. BTW I am not a neat freak either

Cynthia was punctual, enthusiastic, detailed, kind and humble. Cynthia did an excellent job and we will definitely be using her again.

This was my first time using Coleman Housekeeping and I had a very positive experience. Ask for Roxana. She was great! I am definitely going to ask her to come again.

They were punctual and very professional. I asked them to disassemble some of the furniture, which was not part of the agreement. They indicated they would handle everything and they did. They hosed down the inside of the garage and it was left spotless. Very happy with their work and would use them in the future.

She help me doing a complete organization on my closets and kitchen cabinets she is a really really great worker she use her imagination to find the way the way the everything looks good now I have more space I really like it

Cinthia of Coleman Housekeeping has been helping around our home for over a year. She is hardworking, punctual, likable and most importantly, an excellent cleaner! In addition to deep cleaning, our house needed organization services as well due to years of accumulation. Every time she has been here, you see a vast difference! Coleman Housekeeping has been so instrumental in improving the overall quality of our lives-- physically, mentally and spiritually! Highly recommended!

everything went well. she took her time and did an excellent job. She got to my house on time and finished a two bedroom apartment in 3 hours. The price was $80 but ended up giving her $100 for a job well done.
