He is also very conscientious. He shows up when he says he will and on the rare occasion he's late, he lets us know his ETA. His workers are also polite and professional. His prices are reasonable, he explains everything he has done and notes them on his invoice. I highly recommend him.

Giovani and his worker came and repaired both my central AC units. I had no idea what was wrong with them. After I called him he came by the very next day and serviced both units the same day and at a very reasonable price. He worked around my schedule which was great. He was very professional and explained in terms I could understand. I highly recommend his services.

I cannot give enough praise for Cold Air. After years of working for the big, established companies, with inflated prices and sub-par technicians, Giovanni of Cold Air is courteous, super-nice, flexible and accommodating and knowledgable. Prices are as they should be, completely fair. Work is impeccable. Workers are pleasant to have around. Follow up is excellent. Giovanni discovered mistakes former technicians had made. I wish I had found them sooner!

Cold Air is one of if not the best service I've received. They were extremely professional and informative. I would definitely hire them again!

Cold air showed up on time the first day. They were professional, however after they added freon to my a.c the first time and it emptied out I had to repeatedly call them back just to get them to return and repair. They showed up a second time refilled it again and two weeks later the a.c went hot again. A third phone call to cold air, was useless because they never called me back. As of today my a.c is still blowing hot air. Giovanni was well mannered and professional however, I would not recommend this company, for failure to not follow through on repairs.

My central air outside was struck by lightning a couple of weeks ago & stopped working. I called the original company that had installed my central air years ago. The guy shows up, replaces a condenser, charges me $99.00 for the service call PLUS $388.00 to install the item (which a child could have done) & left. Unit stopped working the next day. I called @ 5;30 PM, got the & Emergency Service Person who happened to be the guy who repaired it the day before.& he wanted to charge me $350.00 to fix it again!!!! Giovanni Showed up for an estimate. He was the forth company here for that purpose & whereas the three other companies wanted to replace the outside unit A NEW FURNACE!! Giovanni replaced the outside unit only cleaned up everything, & we now have air conditioning. Best yet, he called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Fantastic Service!! Tell ALL your friends to hire this company for ANY AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS!! Cool Air LLC is a Phenomenal Company!!! Gil Chimes
