Cold air lock gave me the up most customer service, they was courteous and professional. Even though my business is located in a busy area in the city of Manhattan they were still on time, Not only they did a spectacular job but they cleaned up after themselves very well. Thank you

I am so greatful for the help we received from Giovanni and his staff. Our boiler circulator pump malfuctioned and we lost heat during very cold weather. He came right away and diagnosed our problems. We could see right away that he was very knowledgeable and competent. But we also really appreciated how extremely respectful and pleasant he was, which made the stress of losing heat much easier to deal with. His prices are very reasonable, but what was priceless for us was that he took his time to explain everything so well and show us each step of the repairs. He is extremely articulate, and we ended up not only with a repaired boiler, but much better knowledge of our system. The work Giovanni and his staff did was excellent, we really appreciate all their help.

I had high hopes for Cold Air, LLC, so I am quite disappointed by the experience I had with them. I chose them over other contractors to help resolve my familys issues with our oil burner (issues which have left us without heat and hot water multiple times in the past few weeks). I paid the consultation fee given I called them on a weekend and initially felt confident that they would operate with integrity given Giovanis professionalism. After I received their quote and discussed with my family, we agreed to buy the parts and hire them for their expertise to install and tune up everything. After I communicated this to Giovani it was hard to get a straight answer about parts needed, difficult to lock down a time for the installation, and when I called because the boiler shut down (again) it felt like we were getting pushed off. I am now out a few hundred dollars and back to square one in a NY winter. I added an extra star because of Giovanis treatment when he did make it to the house, but overall I am very frustrated and disappointed by my experience.

The people at Cold Air were very professional they installed the new boiler remove the old one removed all the debris and were very courteous I definitely would hire these people again Thank you Giovanni

By the time I got home on a Friday night and realized that the heat wasn't working, I searched around and based on reviews, I chose Cold Air, they came out the very next day(morning to be exact)! Giovanni worked ruthlessly to get the heat up and running. He advised me every step of the way about the issues as well as the steps he was going to take to solve the problem. I would recommend and already have recommend Cold Air to family and friends!

We would have rated six stars if there is one. They were committed to repairing the furnace for us to have heat again on 2/15. We have an oil furnace converted to gas with very hard-to-find parts. Giovanni used his resources to repair the damaged part(an extender as part of the igniter). It is a magic feeling from being desperately cold to having heat again. We highly recommend Giovanni at Cold air.

The heat stopped working around my entire house Saturday morning during freezing temperatures outside. Luckily for me, Cold Air’s Giovani was on the job just minutes after contacting them for my emergency fix. Mind you, a lot of companies are closed during the weekend and not to mention available that quickly in such short notice. Giovani was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the situation and was able to diagnose and solve the issue within an hour. He also informed me of other problems with my boiler in which he’ll also fix for me in the very near future. He did this all at a good rate. He’s patient and trustworthy. For this I’ll be calling this company for yearly maintenance for two houses. You won’t be disappointed with these guys. Highly recommend.

Woke up without heat. Placed a request via Home Advisory for urgent help. Got an immediate response. Giovanni came professional thorough and explained to me in simple terms that I can comprehend the problems. Would definitely hire again.

18 inches of snow the night before and what happens? The Furnace fails. Made the call and the guys came out that morning to inspect and diagnose the problem with our forced air system. Turned out to be the flame sensor. System was repaired and heat back on!! I will call Cold Air LLC again in the future for repairs and maintenance. You should too!!
