You have to return your cable box, because it is not working to them yourself to their main store. I did not like that inconvenience. I pay nearly $200 a month for 3 boxes.

I have no problem with the service right now. The quality of their service is fine.

I think there's another cable company in the area, but I'm not sure. I don't really know what the difference is between them and anybody else. Their price is excellent.

I started using Cable Vision years ago. They are the only cable company in this area.

We have been using them since 1998 and at the time they were about the only thing going. We couldn't have a dish because there was a big tree that would have gotten in the way. They are erratic in their service. Certain stations pixelate, jump, and stop. Sometimes the people seem good and responsive and other times they seem like they don't care one way or the other on how things go. It would be nice not to have to use them. They black out certain stations that have shows like the Academy Awards because of a disagreement of the cost to get that particular network. I do not love them.

I would recommend them to others.

They're very expensive, the bill is never consistent every month, the pricing is very mediocre.

Overall my experience is very good. They are service oriented and responsive. Recently our network was upgraded to digital and our analog tvs no longer worked. If they gave notice it wasn't obvious, it's understandable but surprising.

I didn't really have a choice on the service provider at the time I signed up, but I have not had a problem with them so I wouldn't change.

They are consistent. Nothing special one way or the other. Their price is probably a little higher than they need to be. I probably continue to use them because I don't think the competition is any better.

There are only two companies in the area to use; there's not much competition. I like the sports packages on Cablevision.

I would absolutely use them again.

I have been using them for about ten years. They have a good channel selection. They also give you a good TV guide. If anything happens they come right away. In the beginning it was not like that. Now they have trucks all over the place. It is much better than it wa sin the beginning.

They do satisfactory work. We don't have any competitors to choose from here. If you want cable you have to use them. There is no other choice.
