+ -1 moreI called in advanced and asked for someone to come out based on their rates per hour. The assured me that they could have someone out on the day I requested. I flew into NY for this appointment to make sure it was handled. I had not heard from them by 9:30am I called and they said they did not have anyone available nor offered to reschedule. I found this pretty unprofessional even for NY. If they could not come, they should of let us now so we could of booked a different plumber.
Description of Work: We needed to have a water line run in our office to hook up the ice and water for a new refridge.

+ -1 moreWHEN I CALLED THEM THEY COME OUT, AND WHEN THEY COME OUT THEY LOOK AT THE PROBLEMS AND SUGGEST WAYS TO SOLVE THEM. THEY GIVE A DIAGNOSIS AND A PROGNOSIS, AND THEY GO FORWARD. THE WORK HAS BEEN SATISFACTORY IN EVERY CASE.
