My 1st floor kitchen occasionally get sewer backup when there is heavy usage from upstairs. For precaution, I like to do a cleaning out on the sewer lines out to the street. Frank told me that they can do the kitchen for $99 or the big and longer snake for $125. I told him the situation and that I want the big one and clean out everything for peace of mind. The technician came and did a quick dip into the kitchen sink and declared the clog is cleaned and cleared, then immediately demanded for $99 payment. We requested for the big clean out, not just a quick dipping of a and clean unclogged pipe. Frank called in as well to demand for payment and threaten to clog up the pipe if we don’t pay up. I explained that I want a clean out, and not a quick dip of the pipe but he said that I’m telling a plumber how to do plumbing, and if I want to do the big one, it will be $300 more now. They might have the skills to help people under pressure with clogged pipe. But if you can, definitely not the people who you should contact for service or expect a decent customer service. Go to 49.99 sewer, better service and half of what they demand.

Called and spoke with a representative. She easily accommodate my busy schedule. Bob and Jose arrived promptly the following day. They quickly located the problem and fixed it. I was very happy with their knowledge of how to best access the drain. I would certainly use them again.

The first visit was unsuccessful. The technician identified a possible sewer problem but he never followed up with looking into it, looked at other possibilities and could not solve the issue. Was told to call again when leak returned and a portion of payment would go to next visit. Leak soon returned and they responded immediately and 2nd technician resolved the problem by fixing the sewer issue the 1st one identified as a possibility. Was charged for 2 separate service calls although 2nd was reduced from $125 to $95.

They were too expensive, so I decided to decline their offer. I would say a “D” for overall rating because they've got 3 off load me to their apparent company. It wasn't like they were going to directly perform the services, they handed me off to someone else, which I didn't like. They were slow to respond as well. Overall, it's been about 3 weeks to get back to me. They just basically provided me a number to call, they requested pictures, I sent them pictures. Then, once I finally got in contact with them, that's when they provided me the estimate over the phone. I didn't hire them for the job, so I can't grade them on punctuality.

Everything was good they responded quickly and fixed the problem.. The only thing was that when I called they said they charge $75 just to show up and the cost when they finished the job was $300 even when i provided the kitchen faucet. I didn't get no other quotes so I'm not sure if that's the price for that job but I thought the price was a little high.

It went well; they took care of all aspects, including additional replacement parts.

The service personnel that came in both times were punctual, courteous and competent. They got the problem fixed.

They were very nice and professional. They explained the service very well. I just did not have the correct access area for them to complete the work.

They showed up early which was great and went right to work. they checked everything and started to snake the main sewer line. After about 10 minutes they found the problem which was a wash cloth blocking the path of the downstair bathroom. After the removal they checked everything again upstairs and downstairs. They were very professional and veriy polite. They even help me unload the downstair closet so they could get to the main line. I would use them again and again and would recommend them to all of my friends. It was refreshing to find a company that was so reliable.

The technician, Jason was manorable, professional and very knowledgeable and what I felt was a major problem, he found that it was actually a minor problem and fairly charged me as such. He's my plumber from now on. Jason was wonderful, honest and exceptional. I would highly recommend their services to others.

I called at approximately 9:30am today, and since it's the day after thanksgiving, I thought I would just leave a message to see if I could schedule a plumber to clean out our bathtub drain sometime tomorrow or next week. I wound up speaking with the proprietor, who told me a plumber would be at our apartment within the hour. Well, 25 minutes later, I get another call from him saying his service tech was outside. And 10 minutes after that, the job was all done! Angel was professional, polite, and did a great job, cleaning up after his work. He was definitely great, but mostly I'm so impressed with the response time, especially around the holidays. The convenience factor is a definite A+.

Originally made an appointment for 6pm, but when my scheduled cleared up. they were able to come earlier. The plumber came in, took a look and immediately worked out problem. Even did a little troubleshooting on another plumbing concern I had.

I paid for the deal and they arrived the same day, in fact in a half hour after I paid for the deal. When they arrived they went right to work. First they used their small snake to clear the drain. It didn't work. Then they used a bigger snake, but it still didn't work. I was disappointed, but I kinda knew it was going to be a difficult job, because the drain hasn't been used on a regular basis for the last 15 years. The galvanized pipe was rusted, and at the first turn in the pipe there was major blockage. The plumbers advised me that the pipe should be removed. The snake they used only went in about 18 to 20 inches. The next day I took their advice and removed the pipe, and as suspected the pipe was completely blocked at the first turn. I called plumbers back, and they agreed to come back out to snake the pipe to make sure it was clear. They came back within an hour at no additional charge, and completed the pipe clearing. The drain is flowing as designed. This company was great, they responded quickly, gave me the right advice, good price and great customer service. I am completely satisfied.

Jason was honest, punctual and told me exactly what to expect. He was organized and did not leave a mess for me to clean when the job was complete. I've spent months since my flushometer began leaking trying to find a plumber. Most never showed up and the ones that did quoted unreasonable prices. This company was up front about the range of prices and all fees before coming in for the consultation and returned when scheduled to fix the flushometer after acquiring the parts. They quote prices including parts so you don't have a backend surprise. Very professional and they don't hesitate to provide the written quote for services as I have found some companies do so they can come back and demand a higher price. I'm extremely happy with their service and they include a 60day warranty from the date of service.

I have to say that I am very much disappointed with the service provided by this company. The plumber came and he looked lost in what he wanted to do. After 45 minutes of looking around he told me that he could not do the job that I needed. He then told me that another contractor was going to call me and come by my home to do inspection for installation for my washer and dryer. Said that this other contractor was going to give me a free of charge estimate. Well.............to this day that contractor never call me and they kept my 25.00 dollars for doing absolutely nothing. The guys came in, cleared the blockage and provided me with tips on how to keep cleared going forward. Both gentleman were very friendly and professional. Compared to other plumbers I have used in the past Bronx Sewer is top notch and the price was right. I would use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

It went great! The plumbers arrived in good time (would have been better but they had a fender bender due to snow roads on the way over). However, despite their fender bender they were in good disposition and ready to do the work immediately. It took the plumber less than 5 minutes to unclog my bathroom toilet which was clog because of heavy usage of toilet paper. Afterwards they tested the toilet with a few flushes, then they tested it with toilet paper. And once they saw that the toilet was in full working order, they were done. Afterwards we worked out payment and they left. The whole experience was maybe 15 minutes but I think less. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there and if needed use their services in the future.
