Bill power washed to remove the discoloration and prep the trim. H ehand sanded to ensure that the new primer and paint would last. The prep work for a paint job ensures that the job will last and retain it's integrity for a long time. Bill did an excellent job, covered our shrubs and cleaned up when done. The job was done sooner than anticipated. The house looks refreshed and new. He was prompt and spent long days to get the work completed.
